I recently ordered a replacement faceplate and keypad for my Nokia N80 and I have been very disappointed with this product.

The faceplate is not a genuine Nokia product and within a few days of attaching it to my phone, the black coloring on the metal frame around the screen started rubbing off. Now, only three months since my purchase, the black coloring is gone from 90% of the faceplate.

Moreover, the faceplate keypad has never worked correctly. The central directional button is the most defective. When I press down to make a selection, it selects all the four points of the button, making it useless for selection, web browsing, or any of the other purposes for which it was designed.

Needless to say, I am very disappointed by the quality of your products and I will never purchase another product from your site."
