"Pros - real keyboard with wired connection, no need to charge or insert batteries, lies flat when closed, professional looking, magnetic catch works smoothly and lies flush
Cons - some keys in odd positions (e.g. right shift) in addition to being cramped, packaging for shipped was inadequate, some quality issues with case on the inside
Overall - This case is ideal for people who want the case-keyboard combination for travel. It's definitely not for someone who needs a full-size, high quality keyboad. For ease-of-use, carrying, and quick edits on the iPad, it would work well. Its chicklet keys are superior to competitor's rubber keys, but still are not in same league as Apple keyboards. Packaging for shipping was lacking - the case arrived partially crushed on one side. This was due to being shipped around the world in a flimsy envelope containing a thin plastic box. It simply got smashed in transit. Somehow the keyboard survived unharmed. In summary, this case is best suited for brief meetings and plane trips."

At first, I was very excited to order my item. However, It's coming up on 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive my package. I have checked the websites (truesupplier and USPS) and the tracking number only says that Hong Kong has supplied shipping information. At the moment, I have no idea where my package is, nor when to expect it.
UPDATE: I have since received my item, took over 3 weeks for delivery. When it arrived it was the WRONG ONE!!
I am now in a futile email conversation trying to get this rectified with truesupplier.com, and am only getting offers to add points or discounts on future orders, and for me to pay to send this one back for them to send me the correct one, from a representative that has no ability to actually fix this situation...
I will never recommend truesupplier.com unless they do right in this situation.

I think the silicon case was only a couple dollars more ... discounted because I was already buying a very well priced battery. Anyway, great prices! Even the shipping from Hong Kong wasn't that bad. Both items were 100% as advertised and working great. It took about two weeks to receive the shipment (with the cheapest shipping) half way around the world, which was fine for my purposes. "The problem with this site is that shipping and returns take very long due to the fact that this is located in china. My first order either never arrived or was sent back. I am not sure because I never received a notice from the post office. I had problems tracking my order, it would show me location then it wouldn't. I don't normally order from over sea's so I don't know how that works. I had to repay for shipping and it took a month to arrive. In total it was a process of 3 months. The customer service was OK and stayed persistent with me, and made sure that I received my items. That was one thing I respected that they did sent out my items, I thought I was blown off because of the amount of time it took to receive it. Over all I had a bad experience, the store has very good prices but I don't know if i will order from them again. I might give it another shot in the future if I can work out a better or cheaper shipping method with them."
