"Ordered on 03/nov/2010 with DHL express service. I was told that the order shiped on 05/nov/2010, but this was not true. The order was picked-up by DHL only 12/nov/2010. The tracking number I was given on 05/nov/2010 was the shipment reference number and not the tracking number. After all this delay, the shipment arrived on 19/nov/2010. The item came in good condition, no problem there. "

"I am very happy with my Truesupplier purchase recently and intend to use them again. I have had my trusty Nokia 6301 cellphone for over 2 years (it was free) and I love the phone. My only concern was a slightly scratched screen and MAYBE? the battery was
starting to wear out.

"I'm very disgusted and annoyed with the Truesupplier order.
First of all, in any part of the web during the process order, announced me that I'll have to pay douane fees, even I've payed the Fedex fee to recieve my order faster. I had to pay 23 € extra when I recieved the package.
After this, I bought a Full Case and Trackball for my HTC Hero and when I had all the cellphone opened to replace it (note that the screwdriver they sent me was of such poor quality that I had to buy another one of true precission 13 € +) I realized that the trackball they sold me as 'trackball for HTC hero' wasn't for that cellphone (the ball was bigger and the conneciton system was different - useless)
The case you sell had the icons of the buttons ordered in another way different than the original HTC phisical buttons. I had to use the old ones.
And finally, the tactil screen, doesn't have sensitivity in the upper zone (aprox 0,5 cm dead)
The one thing I can only say positive is about the packaging: It was a very very accurate package and very protected for shipping.

After I complained to them, and after crossing several e-mails, they agreed to refund me the trackball (9.99$) and the menu buttons (4 $) that were disordered. I had to sent them a picture to show them the difference between my menu buttons and what they sent me. Nothing I could get about the tactil screen and I'm still having a cellphone with its upper tactil zone useless.
Of course, they are very polite.
