"After calling around to various parts stores and repair shops, all of which were at least two weeks out to receive the part, I went on-line and found Turbochargerpros. I noticed the next day air promise and decided this would be the best bet. After placing the order I noticed the next day air didn't go through, so I called and spoke with Ryan. He said the order had gone through already, but after a little research said we could probably still make it work. I had hoped to receive the part before Thanksgiving (Thursday) and I did receive it early Wednesday morning, FANTASTIC! The part is installed and my truck is back on the raod and running great! "Awesome customer service. I ordered a remanufactured turbo for my 2005 Volvo XC90. When it was discovered they had no more in stock. Customer service representative, JR, called me to let me know but then did everything he could to provide me an alternative product at minimal inconvenience to me. I later had to call to expedite my order. JR again worked his magic and had the product in my hands the next day; BTW did I say I live in Hawaii. Now that is a feat I can appreciate. Customer service like this is lacking in this day and age and I found JRs attention and appreciation of me as a customer very refreshing.
