"First, I’d like to be clear. Anyone who buys from TXPowersports in Texas must be out of their minds. I’m
65 and retired military, 32 years. This is one of the worst buying experiences I’ve ever had. It must be in
the top 3, including bartering with bazaar merchants in the Middle East. My grandson’s birthday was
coming up, so I wanted to buy him an ATV. TX had the one he wanted. The Vitacci RIDER-7
125cc ATV. He likes John Deer stuff and this one is green with yellow wheels and trim. Looks like a
John Deer Tractor. When I ordered the ATV I specified in the comments, “If you don’t have the one with
the yellow wheels, cancel the order”. WELL, it took a while to get the ATV, but it got here the day before
his birthday. I opened the carton I got a totally different ATV. I received a RPS 125CC RAIDER 7
KIDS ATV. A completely different ATV. According to the spec’s listed on the TX site, it’s half the ATV.
Max load is 65 pounds less, seat height is shorter, and it cost less. I called to have it returned and did not
receive a call back. I had to block payment to get their attention. I got a call from a guy named Manny
who gave a line about how this is a better ATV and how the Chinese screwed up the spec sheet. My
grandson didn’t want to wait so we kept the ATV for a 75$ discount and a helmet. I received the 75$ the
next day, but never received the helmet. After I put the ATV together, one of the tires doesn’t hold air. I
must inflate the tire every morning. I left an E-Mail for Manny and a guy named Gerry answered. He said
he did not believe me, and I need to take a video of the tire leaking down to prove it. REALLY? I’ll also
mention that this ATV is hard to start, doesn’t stay idling it keeps cutting off, and there’s no way to
adjust the idle so it will idle high enough to keep it running. Here are 2 pic’s The one with the yellow
wheels is the one I ordered, the other one is the one I got. In conclusion, TXPowersports is not a
company that I would ever do business again or would have done business with if I had a warning like
this beforehand. If you do order from TX all I can say is, GOOD LUCK!!!!"

"The bike was totally damaged and would not even run because the carb was leaking fuel everywhere... The handle bars were damaged along with the exhaust heat shield, and most of the plastics... also the clutch handle was broken... They wanted me to pay out of my pocket and take the bike apart which it already can't be rode due to all the issues and send them back to them only to say they Would try to get them warrantied I HAVE ASKED FOR A $420 REFUND! Total BS!!! They don't stand behind what they sell and now I know why they keep changing their name.. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS BS COMPANY..... I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM!!! FRAUD TEXAS BUSINESS!!! BEWARE!!!"

"I bought a DF200cc buggy from this place , when it arrived the crate looked like **** , when I opened it , the frame was scratched , and bent , some parts were broken , later found out parts were missing , when I contacted them they asked me to send pictures of the damage , so I did and they never got back to me , THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS !!!!! they put their website is just a front to make them look good , but they don't honor their warranty , or customer satisfaction , they just take your money and tell you to **** off ."

"Bought my son a Tao Tao db14 September 2020. Not long after the swing arm broke and brake locked sending my son over the bars. Emailed explaining this to them and what parts I needed. Sent photos. She emailed me back with a website to go to and I had to look up part #’s and send to them. 1 major part said out of stock. It’s a joke. She never Ed ordered my other parts nor has gotten back to me. Been way over a month. Have a bike sitting now in garage. Regret buying here. I will not recommend and tell people often stay away. For the record order was 9/7/20. Wouldn’t let me change date "

"I bought a Hawk 250 from TXPowersports. They did a great job assembling, packing, and shipping the motorcycle, but it is up to the DMV to decide if they will register it, and since it does not have a FMVSS sticker ON the motorcycle, NYS considers the Hawk 250 a "dirt bike" and will NOT register it.

After contacting TXPowersports, I am happy to say they took action to show that they valued me as a customer.

Look before you leap. This motorcycle MIGHT be able to be registered in your state; or it might not. Check with your DMV. Ask specifically if they will register a motorcycle that does not have a FMVSS sticker ON the motorcycle. The NYS DMV doesn't care that the FMVSS information is written on the Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin.

I do recommend that you have TXPowersports assemble the Hawk. They did an awesome job and saved me a lot of time and frustration."

"You get what you pay for folks. I know you like the price, because I did too. These Chinese units are junk, I promise you that they will break and when they do, GOOD LUCK finding parts. I bought a 2019 Apollo x4 110cc Christmas 2019 for my 11 yr old. So, here we are 4 mo later and its broke 2 times. The first time the nuts backed off the studs holding the exhaust pipe to the head (they didn't use lock washers), when it came loose the crush washer fell out and of course it was no where to be found. Write this name down, VMC Chinese parts, they have somewhat of a parts store. Legit place, fast delivery, fair price. Got the crush washer in, found some nuts and lock washers, good to go. A mo. later the swing arm bolt broke into and lost a bushing. Here's another one for you, Apollo motors in Canada for those of you that have a Apollo. This place has everything I need but I guess the corona thing got to them, they don't answer the phone or return messages and you are able to order on line but they won't process it. They have a parts list with diagrams, prices, and quantity on hand. I tried getting parts through Tx Powersports , the store I purchased the bike from(I bought it in store assembled) but their no help. I called Sonny the store owner on his cell and he said go to his website and email him what I needed, ok. The 4 categories I went to in the parts store had no parts available so I texted all the information with pictures of the parts I needed to Sonny and 2 days later no response. I call the store and his wife tells me to do the same thing, email what I need. I tell her I texted everything to Sonny and haven't heard anything for 2 days, she said she would have him call me. Later in the day I got a text from Sonny saying "I don't have these parts". I wrote back "I didn't figure you did, order them". A few more day's go by , still nothing. By this time it's Saturday a week ago, I send him a text "Review coming up", he immediately text me back "I will check when I go back Monday. Here we are a week later and nothing. I'm done with these guys, wasted 2 weeks. It seems like their just in it to sell units and charge $85 hr to work on them and not get you parts for you to fix yourself. Look on their facebook page and you will see a lot of similar reviews, this same type of issue has been going on for years, this isn't a corona thing. If only I had of looked them up on facebook. "
