Tyler Tools AVOID !!!

"Ordered a pressure washer. When it arrived the Manufacturer Main Sticker was removed. No specs, no Brand Name, No Address, No Country of Origin. Contacted Tyler Tools. They denied any wrongdoing and had no idea who did remove the TAG. Immediately I was ignored. Can't contact them, no reply to any Email, no rating possible. Nothing. I am sure they know that removing a Manufacturer Tag from a brand new item they are selling is illegal! Well, let's see ...."

worst customer service sent wrong item

"I ordered a compressor wheelbarrow compressor and I received a big paper shredder called told them about it they told me I would have to email them receive to show the item that was sent and then they wouldn't refund it till after they got the item back well I told him I wanted my item sent to me or I'm not returning it It's a $2500 paper shredder and I paid $800 for a compressor I think I can sell it on eBay if they want to do it like that"

"I purchased a pressure washer and bought a specific model for the equipment that came with-was sent the wrong model !! after numeris phone calls and as many emails I was given a refund amount-to date have not received a penny and have never been contacted by anyone from the company as promised by Kierra and Helen --long story had to have Mastercard put a stop on payment--BE AWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE--the story continues"

"I ordered an impact wrench from Tyler Tool and there was an issue with the shipment. I contacted customer service and the person on the phone was very pleasant and professional. The were able to resolve the issue and a replacement was mailed out promptly. The site was easy to use and the shopping experience was good. The professionalism and prompt service put it over the top. It's one thing to say great service, it is another to practice it."

Worst customer service

"Buyer beware. I received three broken items and haven’t gotten any refund yet. It has been a month. They keep telling me I should see money in my account in 3-5 days. Then 5 days later when I inquire as to why I haven’t received my refund yet they repeat the same, “We’re glad to inform you we have received your return and you should see your refund in 3-5days”. I will be happy to update review if this ever gets resolved but at this point I have been scammed.

Edit: after writing reviews on multiple sites last night I was contacted by a very nice representative who made a point to remedy the situation without delay. Wish it didn’t have to go on for so long but glad it’s over.

As to Tyler Tool, they ROCK! Don't know if I got lucky a talked with the such a knowledgeable phone support person there, but Damn, he knew more then my local Dewalt store rep LMAO!

Worst companyy that I have ever dealt with.

"I ordered a leaf blower Dec 6. I immediately received acknowledgement of my order and my account was charged. I never received any additional communication for tracking. I called them Dec 10 to check on status. They told me they were trying to get status information from the manufacturer and that it should have been available by now, but they would email me as soon as possible. I was patient, but finally called them again Dec 13. This time they told me that the order had been cancelled. When I asked them what they were talking about, they said they learned from the manufacturer that the item was out of stock indefinitely so they cancelled the order. I asked them when they planned to tell me and they said they were just going to do that. They did send an email cancelling the order after I hung up. This is one full week after the order had been placed. This is the poorest customer service that I have ever encountered. I don't believe either representative that I spoke to could care less about my order or that their service was unusually bad. I will never consider Tyler Tool for another product."

Great customer care!

"I purchased some Dewalt tools for my husband Recently as gifts. I guess one of these tools were on back order with the maunufacturer, But I got an email right away letting me know. Tyler tool called me to tell me shortly when the manufacturer delayed even more. Chris from Tyler tool suggested a similar item that was actually less money, in stock, and was on promotion to get a free tool. How great is that! I didn’t realize they have so many promotions giving away free tools this place is awesome! Great customercare, keep it up, definitely using them again!"

Beware! They charged for my order but never sent me anything

"Shortly after I placed an order, they sent me an email saying that the item is in backorder, with an estimated shipment 2 weeks later (my paypal account was charged on the day of the order). Three weeks came and gone, with no shipment and no updates from them. I could have easily forgotten about the order but luckily it came to my mind. I wrote to them twice and finally got a reply. At that point they said they have no ETA to provide. I demanded a refund and voiced my concern about this questionable practice. I did not receive any acknowledgment to my concerns which led me to believe they do not care to make any difference. If you ordered anything and didn't receive it promptly, please beware!!"

Waste of time, flagged for fraud AFTER they charge my credit card? Give me a break

"I was informed my purchase was flagged for fraud and so I would have to pay by paypal. No reason given. And that is AFTER they charge my card which went through as I can see it on my bank statement! That is ridiculous, I have never perpetrated fraud against any company. I should have stayed with Amazon. I learnt my lesson and hope this may help others as well. To their credit they did reverse the charge on my credit card."
