"Overaall experience? i will tell you ... The ring i won in the bid was suppose to be a 14 k gold ring guess waht it is WORTHLESS it is nothing of a real golld!!! and you dared asking people to buy it for $599.99 ?????......... Another issue i won the real player mp4 for my son The package says it includes earbuds and the pouch.Guess what My son 11 year old was so dissapointed because there was no pouch and most certainly no earbuds Meaning he couldn't listen to the mp plkayer device I had to go to the store waiste my money time and gas just to buy him the earbuds...
I hope you will come along and will fix it for me for the ring and the pouch and the earbuds.

"Some problems with payment caused some up front confusion and unprofessional custoer service attitudes. Shipping was not only MORE than the standard $1.95, it was SUBSTANTIALLY slower than we are accustomed to from U-bid."

"It was my first time purchasing from REDTAG.COM. I hadn't even heard of REDTAG.COM. I saw an ad while browsing a cNet email to me. I had vaguley heard of uBid. I'm used to eBay and I sort of know the prosses. After purchasing my Sony Tablet S, I was expecting to shortly receive a, an email, a record of my purchase and perhaps another email giving me the SHIPPING company used and a tracking number. I was very disappointed and somewhat uneasy thinking I should have not trusted this company. It was after my email to REDTAG asking where my order/purchase is that I eventually got an emailing giving me more details. By the way uBid/REDTAG didn't charge me any fees :)"

"Bad. I was told I won. Had trouble with a previous bid and discovered my old credit card number. Changed to new and re-submitted bid on Sylvania Android Tablot.

Was told I won on two Peace Silver Dollars. Receive a notice they can't process because of payment. What's going on. Two bids won, changed to new card with a phone call inbetween. And my account shows Android cancelled and no silve dollars.
Must I call customer service each time to be sure my bid is going through?
