"I ordered a wedding ring from UBid. I cancelled my order as soon as i found out i won the bid. And even spoke with a rep online by the name of Sean and he insured me that it was cancelled. I paid around $9+ shipping was around $28 for the ring in which they claim it was worth $1500+. They still charged my account so i called to see why they still charged my account because i cancelled and he said that some manufacturers don't allow cancellation. So, since i couldn't cancel i decided to do research on the ring. Talk to another rep online and he informed that the ring was real. They said it was rhodium plated, diamond cut princess ctw or something like that. But, to sum up this story...the ring is fake. They act like its worth X amount of dollars when its really fake as heck. I even got the ring appraised and they even said it was fake and now its starting to fade...I advise anybody not to purchase any jewelry from these people. It is fake and it is not worth what they claim its worth. And it will also say "the bid to beat" don't believe that either. That's just to get you to bid. Here i am thinking i'm bidding against someone and i kept bidding, all the time, i was bidding against myself. I didn't send it back cause it just wasn't worth it....anywho..i will never order any jewelry from this company again.

Well, if ya'll knew the diamonds were fake, why act as if the ring is worth so much when it's not. ya'll are a scam!!! True enough it states all of what you said but don't post that the ring is worth $1500+ dollars when you know its not. Thats false advertisement. You guys try to make people think that they are getting a good deal when in reality the jewelry is fake. And then you say it's rhodium plated...that's suppose to be real right? WRONG!!!! so fake!!"

"This company is complete rip-off! I bid on a "10 gram bar of solid gold" that was finally shipped to me, today. When I got it in the mail, it did not look like ANYTHING that was portrayed on the webpage. It was very tiny, and instead of 10 grams it only weighed 10 grains. The website was misleading and said it was "10 grams of 10 grain .999 solid gold." Instead of 10 grams, it was about 0.6 grams of gold or less. The amount that they claimed you would receive was worth around $570.00, while instead they sent you something worth about $15.00 or less."
