"The product was easy to find, and the order process was not a problem. The item ordered was delivered before expected, which was a nice surprise. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process, and would gladly shop at this store again, and recommend it to my friends."

"Tablet came in a timely manner. Very well packed. The charger that came with the Tablet not working. Felt like a sloppy connection. Couldn't find any way to email for tech support. Have since ordered a new one through Amazon.
Update: I got it charged and everything is working great. Taking time to find my way around but everyting is good. I really like the tablet.

"This is bait-and-switch. PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

I ordered an Iconia Tab A200. They charged my card, and then two days later cancelled my order (and my account) without any reason. They will not provide a reason via emails (haven't responded to any of my emails), and the phone number listed in their emails seems to be disconnected.

I will file complaints with all relevant departments, and will advise everyone to stay away from this shady company!!!

"I have been checking red tag for some time now, but this was my first purchase. I didn't even know about the flash sales. I'm very pleased with the product that I got and it was shipped very fast. "Ubid is my favorable company I use to deal with because I am satisfied with their service ,and I am really enjoy them , The only things that is remaining is to improve their customer service center because most of them does not know how to handle a situation, instead they keep pushing you from one to another. I had a case like that, I didn't see what I paid for, for one month plus then I keep calling ,a lady later settle by sending the amount back in to my account nd I wrote a letter of appreciation to her."

"I can't say at this point. I still haven't received my item. I ordered the computer seven days ago. Hoping it will be delivered today, but it has been really slow. This has been disappointing. The delivery was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Also, I don't remember having an option for any type of expedited delivery service. If the company is only going to offer one type of delivery, then I feel it should be faster."
