"I have ordered 5 items from ubid. The first 2 items were recieved quickly and efficiently and in excellent working order. The prompt shipping was due to the fact that the items were shipped from ubids warehouse. I recently ordered 3 more items and unfortunately 2 of them have been cancelled and i have been waiting for the third one to be delivered. It has been roughly 14 days that i have been waiting and it is getting delivered from a vendor. I contacted usps numerous times and they do not show anything currently being shipped. Ubid cannot give me the vendors contact info due to partnership reasons that i can understand. The vendor is taking their sweet time to ship and email ubid on the status of my package."

"Overall my experience was good. I have won over 30 items. Most of the items I received were true to the description, a couple were not. One thing on Jewelry, is that many vendors don't put a complete description..in other words, what the metal is..size of the stones..etc..so when you receive it, you don't know what you are getting. Than..to return it..you have to pay the return shipping, and you also don't receive the inflated shipping charges that you paid to get the item. "
