"Ordered package on Saturday 2 day delivery. 5 days later still not delivered. Called claims department and person was so rude. Basically told me not to call back."
"It's difficult to get UPS to deliver a package to you, even after speaking with customer service (which isn't easy either)."
"Worst company to make buissnes with . Terrible staff and very rude. Wont reccoment it to my worst enemy. They didnt sent me package that costed 200 euros , they hang up phone on me 2 times, when i asked to talk to supervisor they said, there is none . TERRIBLE COMPANY"
"Can never seem to find my house and when they do packages arrive wet, ripped or crushed. I wish amazon and ebay let you pick delivery service because ups is trash"
"You people Are THE WORST AND I MEAN THE WORST! I payed for a package to be delivered Express next day! It was the day I was waiting for my package and I was tracking my package and it said that their was an attempt made to deliver my package on Monday knowing that I was home all day long and they said Tuesday and they said the same thing that we tried to attempt to deliver your package but no one was home and i was home again on Tuesday and guess what? Same thing happened on Wednesday and I was home all day and they said the same thing! And I still don’t have my package! When I payed for it to be delivered since Monday! Worst Company! No good Quality and service!!!!"
"One word: HEINOUS. UPS is completely unreliable and their employees are incompetent, at best. They have successfully lost over $2,000 worth of our merchandise/purchases over the past 2 years. And they absolutely REFUSE to take any sort of responsibility for it! Do not waste your time/energy on these useless human beings. You would literally be better off sending your packages with a carrier pigeon."
"I had done a next day air return shipment of our Passport from Canada VFS through the UPS store, Colorado, USA. I waited for my package for two days thinking UPS might have loads of delivery to be taken care of but after many follow ups over phone - one of the supervisor (Mathew) from customer care helpline helped us in looking for the package and informed that the package has been misplaced so after this information we rushed to the UPS Customer center based in IVY street Commerce City. Further to our inquiry their we came to know that the package arrived on 07/23/2019 3:16 P.M. Commerce City, CO, United States and two days continuous arrival and destination scans were done on the package but it never went into the delivery van. On July 25th evening we left our job in between and reached the Commerce City Customer center the supervisor then called the driver and the driver informed that he does not have the package physically in the van , even though the destination Scan mentioning out for delivery was done physically by one of the employee on the same day , i.e. 07/25/2019 10:15 A.M. CO , Commerce City, USA. The UPS employees are acting so casual that its like just a piece of paper which is lost and showing no responsibility towards it. Its very disappointing"
"UPS lost a package that was a signature required package, meaning it should require additional care and attention, containing registration information for my vehicle. One agent says they will escalate and another says they don’t do that. No one will provide me with investigation update as I am not the “sender”. They attempted delivery when I was not home and never returned the next day, which the slip indicated they would. Now the omg is lost and they’re clueless. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They will NOT take any responsibility for this and want ME to contact the sender. The sender did they’re part, UPS LOST IT. Now I’m driving on expired plates and instead of accepting any responsibility they keep trying to shift it back to me to call the sender, BUT, since I did not deal with the sender and UPS won’t give me the companies contact information, I can’t even do that. UPS is horrible. They should be allowed to blame everyone else for their screw up. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible customer service. I hope someone sees this who gives a damn and will respond with something besides a canned response. Just horrible. "
"We've been living in the same house for a year now, and for a year now, without fail, UPS delivers all our packages not to our house (FedEx and even USPS for crying out loud have zero issues coming to the house, mind you, so it's clearly not impossible), but to a frickin barn at a frickin winery a mile away from where we actually live. We started just checking the barn on our way home from anywhere if we got a delivery notification, since UPS couldn't seem to figure out where we actually live. So eventually, fed up with the whole scenario, I call customer service. I get bounced around from person to person, and they all tell me the same thing: "Sorry, nothing we can do. Don't know why that's happening." I have an important package coming, so I call again with the tracking number handy. They tell me "that ****, sorry that keeps happening, we'll just have to see where the driver leaves it." How is that an answer? I asked if there's anyway to ensure deliveries actually make it to our residence, and they told me the same thing: "Sorry, just have to see where the driver takes it, nothing we can do." I am beyond frustrated. I don't know if I should be mad at the customer service, the driver, or just the company in general, but I am mad. I am never using UPS again if I can help it. And if there is ever another shipping option available for online shopping, even if the shipping is more expensive, I am choosing literally anything other than UPS."
"Driver lied about address delivered to, spent two hours tracking package down after waiting entire day. Horrible service, horrible customer service. I hope Amazon eliminates their business. Hopefully drones won't lie about where they deliver packages."
":) Check this story out. HAHA. It's review not on this location. It's on the whole UPS company. 7days ago UPS website made me wait the whole evening and I got no delivery. Two day ago I got a call and I called UPS back. They explained the sender didn't mention my phone number correctly. In reality he just forwarded the correct number a bit later but nobody collected it on UPS side. 7 days later after clearance finally I got the delivery status "by the end of the day". But at 6:20 pm I didn't meet anybody and I called UPS help center. Some girl apologized and said that no delivery for this day. It's a mistake on UPS system and I should wait the package by the end of Tomorrow. So I left the apartment. I came home and I got a note that it was delivered but nobody was at home. So after 7 days of the delivery day, 5 phones calls, 5 emails I still had no delivery. I mean how much more UPS will be mocking me? Haha. The story continues. Now I was planning to pick up the package myself like the sticker suggested. And you know what? Their website says it's out for delivery and I have to sit at home from 4 to 8pm the third time during this week. I was waiting the whole evening. I've seen a UPS truck leaving 3 minutes ago. I ran after it and I found another sticker on the porch. So the delivery guy simply didn't want to go in the building which the first guy did on the previous day. I called UPS phone service again and I was said it will be tomorrow again. I don't want to deal with UPS anymore. So I asked the girl to put my delivery on my own pickup. I mean I don't allow UPS to mock me anymore. So I will come to UPS location myself to pick the package up. If it's not there tomorrow I will lose my patience. I definitely won't allow UPS mocking me. I guarantee. They are pretty risky guys. I have been waiting to get it for 8 days. "
"UPS lost have my shipment. Repackaged it and shipped what was left over to the final destination. Then told me they won't give me any money back for the lost item or the shipping charges because I did not use a brand new box or a box from UPS. I also had to pay $300 to replace the item THEY LOST! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!"
"Last week I received a UPS delivery, three large packages, not my stuff. Big and heavy. Notified neighbor and they retrieved it.
Today was my turn. Spent time hunting for the package UPS swore they "delivered" to me for Schreiners Iris. They did say to look all over for it but I never dreamt that included my neighbor's home as well. It was on the porch of my neighbors who are out of town. And it is perishable.
Last Christmas I sent a box of chocolates to my son in Maryland. He did not receive it but actually was sent proof of delivery - a picture! And the picture was of his neighbor's side entrance!
If UPS is scheduled to deliver something, be prepared! You never know where they will drop it off!"
"Sent a package thru UPS to my son in NYC. The driver released the package to the front door. My son lives in an apartment complex and he did not receive the package. My son searched all over and found his package on the opposite side of the building of his floor. I guess these guys don’t care where they leave the package even if the address is right on the package. Not happy at all."
"Absolutely horrible customer service! When I recieved my package it was opened and all the contents were taken out. The delivery lady had noticed that the box was opened and said she would give us our proper package later that night. It’s been three days and the package is still missing. I contacted the supplier (who I bought from) and explained my story, and they said it is UPS’s responsibility but would look into it. I later contacted UPS to see if there was anything they could do to help. The man on the phone was very angry and told me that there was absolutely nothing he could do because it’s not their fault whatsoever. I said it could’ve potentially been an employee who’d taken it and the man on the phone called me a **** for accusing his employees of being theives! I told him that the way he was speaking to me was unacceptable and that all I was wondering if he could look into it for me. He continued to forcefully repeat the same thing over and over, telling me to contact the supplier. I continued telling him that I did, and he told me that “this is none of his business”. I then asked for his name so I can file a complaint and he said “John”. I asked if he could give me a number or any other information so that I could identify who was treating me so poorly, and he told me that he “has no reason to give me any more information”. I told him that was very unprofessional and he said he “doesn’t care” and hung up the phone.
I work in customer service and treating customers like that is the LAST thing anyone should ever do! Calling your customers a “****” and saying you “don’t care” is all I need to hear to NEVER use UPS EVER again.
This man should be fired immediately"
