I ordered a bed frame from Wayfair which is great! Unfortunately they use UPS as their shipping company. I was told my package would be delivered on November 27 .. My sisters death anniversary falls on the same day. I called UPS and asked if it could be pushed back to the 28th of Nov... they SAID NO it had to be the 27. They also couldn't provide a three or four hour window in which the delivery would take place. They said between 9am to 8pm because of this i didn't get a chance to visit my brother or even go visit the accident site on that day. By the time 9 pm rolled around NO delivery!!! A lady from the local shipping facility (steeles location toronto Canada) Who had (had a Caribbean accent didn't get her name) called the morning of the 28th. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Which to me is Disgusting considering the situation.... I was told by this lady the bed was never on the truck the day before!! WHAT??? I was told four times by UPS the day before this was out for delivery? Of course I was SOOOO MADDD to say the least and she hung up on me. You cant call the office back so at this point I don't know where the bed is. I call Wayfar, I spoke with a very nice lady who refunded me 50% of my order (which was nice) she also called UPS and they confirmed my bed would be delivered between 3pm and 7 pm... well 7pm rolled around and guess what NO BED!!! I call wayfair back and the man who answers this time calls UPS himself while im on hold and guess what? he comes back and tells me that UPS wouldn't be delivering this for another 2 days!!!!!! WTH!!!! and while i am having this conversation the UPS man shows up at my door with my bed!!! SO there seems to be ZERO communication between the local shipping office and the clients. The way I was treated the last few days was disgusting and I WOULD NEVER use UPS again nor will I buy anything from any company who is using UPS as their shipping company.. I am considering looking into legal action for this experience, and hoping for compensation. What I wrote here was ONLY HAL:F of the issues I had with this delivery."

I ordered a package and provided my PO box as I assumed it would ship via post. turns out it shipped UPS so I was contacted by the company I ordered the package from and they requested a physical address and submitted my address to UPS, after a few days I track my package and it hasn't moved, so I call Ups and ask whats going on, they say oh yes we see and address change was requested just to confirm is this your address (they provide me with my address) yes thats my address, very well sorry we will get that to you tomorrow. 2 days later package still hasn't shown up, I call wait on hold all that fun stuff, "we are very sorry the package will be arriving today" still doesn't show up. next day I call for the 3rd time very frustrated at this point I get the same sad story it will come today (this is a Friday) I really want this for the weekend, I wanted it last weekend already when it was supposed to arrive. So a couple hours later ups calls me sorry about all this they say "The Address that was given to us never got processed" hmm that's an interesting claim considering a few days ago I told my own address without having given it to them. they tell me they cant have the package to me till next Monday 2 hours later the package shows up. This company is such a joke they don't even have a clue. take a look at their reviews see how bad they are and don't use them. "

"Ordered a gift from Amazon it was supposed to be here on Monday. Here it is Friday and still no package. I wish Amazon would stop using them. I called today they stated it was out for delivery on the computer it stated they had it for delivery since Monday and there was an attempt made on Tuesday. My house has camera's and the truck never came up the street. I have been here every day this week on vacation and I have not seen them at all. After speaking with their customer service they stated they had a network problem and it would be here today. Every day they didn't deliver the computer stated it was because of weather related issues. This company is a JOKE!"
"UPS drivers steal the packages. Several times they stated to company they delivered packages that never reached me, like an empty box for iPhone, or they leave boxes on the street. Yesterday particularly I was at front door of my building waiting delivery of my medications. I saw the driver, whose name is Mani, and asked if he was bringing my package. He said nothing for me but other unit. He later report to the company he deliver my box at 5.42 pm when I was standing at the door from 5.20-5.50pm.

"I ordered a phone through Sprint, I repeatedly was asked my address and apt number of which I gave them. Days went by I never received my package. I called Sprint to see why not. Sprnt looked I to it and stated UPS to ld them they came by my apt 3xs but I refused the package everytime they lied!! I never ever seen UPS! Furthermore as I explained to Sprint how could I refuse my package at all if the apt number wasn't given? The only way I could refuse my package is if they came to my door. Which did not happen because the Sprnt rep forgot to put my apt number Sprint expressed to me. So please watch UPS they will lie. I'm thinking they got behind on there job and did this to have less work but make like to there company and Sprint it was my fault. But I clearly shown it wasn't or couldn't be. Sad sad!! "Apparently, I have experienced what many others have. My package will delivered 3 days late despite the fact that it was scanned in a hub 40 minutes from my home one day ago. They are claiming “weather” as the cause. There are no weather issues. It is gorgeous here and has been all week. The real truth, I suspect, is the fact that they only work from 3pm -7 pm- not joking, those are the hours. Check out ups-****.net and you will find that this is something UPS does all over, from the west to the east coast and everywhere in between. I WILL NOT use UPS or any company that requires me to use them in the future. "
"Gave them a 3 because my packages make it here but a 0 for customer service. It would be such a good customer service if they would either ring a doorbell or blow their horn and let the customer know they have delivered their package it really doesn't take that long to blow a horn or ring a bell. I have woke up two packages out in the front yard that they tossed over the gate late in the evening and I had no idea they had came and they stayed out all night in the yard that is horrible customer service a hunk of their horn would have allowed us to know inside that they were out there and we could have retrieved our package and brought it in instead of waking up in the morning and finding it laying out in the yard"
"The team at eaglea landing is awesome. I pass 3 other ups storesto come to eagles landing. Brittany is amazing. I mail packages almost every others day, up to 5 large 38 lb boxes each time. Brittany is so quick to print the labels I email from your computer. She is so efficient at taping up my boxes, stuffing my labels and awesome at keep the right label to the box (that's very important). Joey and Tami and Heather are awesome as well but I can't say enough good about brittany."
"After finding a note on the door that attempted delivery was made and that they will try the next day . I took the day off and waited the whole day but ups never showed up . the 3rd day the attempted to deliver at 1pm and I missed again . I texted them via face book to make it after 6p especially they deliver up to 8p . their response was my package is out for delivery and that's all they have for me"
