"During the holidays, UPS would not deliver my packages because a UPS manager informed me that my neighborhood is dangerous. FedX, USPS and DHL have no problems delivering on the date they say they will deliver. UPS constantly lied and said they were sorry they missed me. I work from home, so they did not miss me. I even signed up for UPS MY Choice and left instructions for the drivers to leave my packages at my front door. Well, the holidays are over. I was supposed to receive a package today between 12:15 and 4:15. I was home all day. No driver came near my home. At 4:18 I received an email from UPS saying, "sorry we missed you." The driver did not leave a note because the driver did not attempt to leave the package at my front door. The driver "missed me" but (s)he never came near my home. I have no animals (including vicious dogs). I do have a gate (its manual, it does not have a lock and I leave it partially open so I can receive deliveries). The only thing dangerous about my neighborhood is that the UPS drivers do not do the job they are supposed to do. I am black. I live in a black neighborhool. I've never been shot, robbed, rapped or stabbed. I have a BA degree in English and I am working on my Master's degree in English literature. I teach ESL virtually (from home) to first-grader's in China. I believe UPS is discriminating against my neighborhood. I believe that is against the law."

"A zero rating is more deserving. I ordered something & was disappointed when I found out they utilized UPS for shipping. I was supposed to get my package via "next day air". First thing this morning, I received an email stating that the delivery time had changed. Ok, fine...no big deal, it will be here anywhere from 1:30 - 5:30 pm. At 5:45, I couldn't wait around any longer so I left & according to the app, the driver was in my area. As a matter of fact he was right up the street from me! I just knew that my package would be at my door when I got back home. NOTHING! I looked at the "follow my package" & shows the driver back at the facility! I called the 800 number & spoke with a rude CSR, who assured me that the driver would deliver my package today! I asked for a supervisor, who was just as rude. She did end up calling the location & states that they told her they can't find any of the air packages! Makes no sense...how was my packaged scanned the a.m. & out for delivery IF you can't find air packages!? I hate UPS & from this point on, I will find out what shipping service is being used before I purchase anything else. I am dang SICK of their poor service, losing packages, rude CSRs, and thinking that just because they say "sorry" everything is ok. It's NOT!!! I have never had a problem with Fedex."
"Alice burns was nothing but rude and nasty. I called about a package being delivered to my place of work that we need to make product and they told me someone will call me shortly to let me know when it will deliver because it was two days late. When I spoke to her she advise me she was told we where closed on the holiday 1/2-1/7... I of course questioned that because that's well after theholiday. When I asked her questions their was always a long awkward pause followed by a rude tone of useless information . She asked me to send her the BOL showing requested delivery date so I did (it in fact said 1/2 and why would I request a day we are closed). She then told me they wherent going to deliver until 1/7 (making it 5 days late). We need this product to run a business and I will be talking to my corporate office in our meeting to make sure we dont use them again. Theirs a reason they have less than 2 stars no matter where you go to look at their reviews. Stop blaming the customers and do your job. "
"I bought something from a private seller in Arizona to have it shipped to Ga. 3 days later my package arrived in Memphis and hasn't left in over 24hrs. I dont know if they just dont work weekends or what the deal is. Do you have to pay more to get it shipped over the weekend and if so why? Next time if I want to use snail mail I will send it USPS. They are cheaper anyway on most stuff. Even FedEx shipped stuff faster to me than these guys and that's coming from California and it was a bigger item. Hey UPS pull your head out of your you know what and get it together. They only reason you have business is because of the customers we are doing you a favor by using your services by us paying you for them not the other way around."

"UPS is, by far, the worst delivery service in the world. You're better off having your parcels delivered by a 2 year old on a tricycle. These inept lying thieves have lost and stolen my items, not to mention their extremely late deliveries. A recent 2 Day Amazon Saturday delivery involved a package being shuffled back and forth from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC twice and is now just lying around in Raleigh, still undelivered and not expected to arrive until late next week. Another incident involved 4 tires being sent back to a company where UPS personnel had stolen two bundled tires and then had the nerve to take the shipping label and deceptively place it on some old leather rug laying around their distribution center. The tire company filed a claim against UPS and fully compensated me for the stolen tires. These are just two stories regarding my multiple bad experiences with UPS. These lowlife union delivery drivers come and go and do as they please. The UPS Customer Service/Distribution Centers are just as bad because they cover up these corrupt lazy drivers misdeeds, as well as their own. UPS reviews on several other websites are also negative, averaging 1 to 2 star ratings. Expect nothing less from Teamster Union thug employees."
"It’s an awful company. On the week of Christmas 3 big packages were lost at one delivery. We can see by our camera that truck is parking Across the street sending some stuff to neighbor at the time our package says delivered, no one is coming to our front door, neighbor which we know say they didn’t receive any of our stuff, after hours and hours of calling and waiting ups says they have no actual phone of the driver?!?!?!?!? and we need to contact the sender. It’s 4 days to Christmas and we have lost 6 items of gifts worth 800-900 and we really have nothing to give each other as a gift. We even told them if the driver is accessible he can remember what happened as we have our camera showing him. No help no answer no call back. Good luck with our belongings. Now I have to suspect our long time known neighbor as either it was them who kept the packages or driver kept the package without delivering it to us. "

I ordered a bed frame from Wayfair which is great! Unfortunately they use UPS as their shipping company. I was told my package would be delivered on November 27 .. My sisters death anniversary falls on the same day. I called UPS and asked if it could be pushed back to the 28th of Nov... they SAID NO it had to be the 27. They also couldn't provide a three or four hour window in which the delivery would take place. They said between 9am to 8pm because of this i didn't get a chance to visit my brother or even go visit the accident site on that day. By the time 9 pm rolled around NO delivery!!! A lady from the local shipping facility (steeles location toronto Canada) Who had (had a Caribbean accent didn't get her name) called the morning of the 28th. She was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Which to me is Disgusting considering the situation.... I was told by this lady the bed was never on the truck the day before!! WHAT??? I was told four times by UPS the day before this was out for delivery? Of course I was SOOOO MADDD to say the least and she hung up on me. You cant call the office back so at this point I don't know where the bed is. I call Wayfar, I spoke with a very nice lady who refunded me 50% of my order (which was nice) she also called UPS and they confirmed my bed would be delivered between 3pm and 7 pm... well 7pm rolled around and guess what NO BED!!! I call wayfair back and the man who answers this time calls UPS himself while im on hold and guess what? he comes back and tells me that UPS wouldn't be delivering this for another 2 days!!!!!! WTH!!!! and while i am having this conversation the UPS man shows up at my door with my bed!!! SO there seems to be ZERO communication between the local shipping office and the clients. The way I was treated the last few days was disgusting and I WOULD NEVER use UPS again nor will I buy anything from any company who is using UPS as their shipping company.. I am considering looking into legal action for this experience, and hoping for compensation. What I wrote here was ONLY HAL:F of the issues I had with this delivery."
