"I bought an Olympus SP 550 UZ Camera, extra card and deluxe package. I ordered on 7/19/07, it was shipped on 7/23/07 and received on 7/25/07. Ordering was simple and I was always connected a real person when I called to check on my order.

I had a probelem with the camera case that came with the premium package I ordered with the camera. Even though the Olympus SP 550 UZ is considered a point and shoot, the case that came with the package was too small because of the large lense on the Olympus. I called US1Photo and explained the situation. They sent me a larger case at no charge and I returned the smaller one to them.

I'm pleased with the customer service I received and the purchases I made arrived without damage, and as ordered. I will use US1Photo in the future.

"I had done my homework and research for quite sometime on camecorders. Since electronics is a hobby of mine. My camcorder was working fine and was a HI8 SONY. It started malfunctioning so I decided time to get a new one, cause I can always use 2 camcorders. I wanted the Canon HV20

So I overnited it cause the race was that weekend that I needed it for of course the camcorder stopped the week before. When I got the camcorder in timely manner the box was fine all, I checked out seemed all ok. Next day took out the extended warranty looked at that and the paperwork I had a billing error in which I was charged for some bundled items, I called right away, I talked to the manager and he issued a credit and a apology.

I charged up my batteries got my tapes out along with my mini sd card to put into my camcorder to find out that they sent me a sd card not a mini one.

I had to call back, again talk to the manager he quickly went to check to see if he had one in stock, they did not even if they did he couldnt of got the card to me in time. It was Thursday, late afternoon there, I was leaving early Friday am. He advised me to go ahead and buy one from Best Buy, Cicuit City, etc..

That was on odessey in itself, much to say I got one on the way home later Friday nite. I emailed a copy of bill to manager and he expited the credit.

Now some of you may say wow I could of just went to circuit city and got the same camera for a 150.00 more and avoided some headaches ?

Maybe in the beginning who knows they might of been out of stock, in adequate staff knowledge of product. And this I do know from personal experience Circuit City's extended warranties are a BIG RIP OFF .. where USA1PHOTO's is not theirs is an independent vendor not run and operated by its ownself like Circuit City does and a lot of other places that offer extended warranties.

So, I will be back to purchase new digital SLR camera I know that they will meet or beat the deal that the store has on it now.

They have knowlegable staff and they do help you.

Not everything can go perfect and the biggest thing in the end did they treat you right and do the right thing.
