"I ordered a Canon GL2 and pro accessory kit from this site on-line. I submitted my order on a Friday night (late in the evening). on Monday I sent an e-mail to check on my order... and got an automated response that they would get back to me within 24 hours. Before I got that e-mail my Camera and kit arrived in perfect condition about noon that next day. Everything was in the original box with all its contents except for a hard carrying case that was part of the accessory kit (it would have been to big to fit in the box the other items came in) so I was expecting a second box.
That same day when I got home from work there was a note from ups telling me that they had tried to deliver that Item. I then went to the local ups office and picked up the item which was in perfect condition.

Overall I am very satisfied with the website/customer service and would recommend it to you if you are looking to buy a good camera for less.
