"Do not buy insurance for your package if your selling stuff on ebay. I sold my gaming laptop on ebay and shipped it with usps with insurance. The buyer scammed me and send me my item back. I lost alot of money. Ebay and paypal wont help me so i decided to see if i can file insurance. USPS denied me multiple time when i appeal. They wanted the buyer to take it to the usps store to inspect it but the buyer refused to do it which means im out of luck. I even send pictures the buyer sent me to prove my case but i still lost. Buying insurance is useless if the buyer refuse to help you. Why would he help you when he is scamming you!?!?"
"Useless and time wasting customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars to this. I tried using the automated system MANY times and they do not offer solutions to my specific situation. I wasn't mad at that because it is just an automated system. I called live representative to help with my specific situation but they keep transferring me to the automated system, sometimes without even letting me finish my sentence. I am not able to get help for my problem in the end, and I wasted over 50 minutes calling them and using the automated system. Horrible customer service. "
"The worst customer service ever! No one doing anything to investigate my problem! When i am asking to contact me with a supervisor or manager on duty, they saying: "managers are not available!" My package (priority mail) has been picked up on Jan 29th. Today is Feb 4th. I still didnt received my envelope. Last update is on 30th arrived to NO distribution center. I am located 10 min away from NO. This is ridiculous!!! Its a priority mail( should take 1-3) days. I am waiting for a week already!

"Hello,
I would like to speak with someone regarding a package that was not delivered on time causing loss of some of the items that was shipped. The package was shipped on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. The shipment was a 2-day priority shipment that was paid for. The package did not arrive at its destination until Monday, January 13, 2020!
During this time and shortly after, I have been trying to reach customer service. In additional to drawn out prompts to choose from, there was a long wait to get in touch with a live Rep to discuss my situation.
The delivery driver apparently left a note on the door on the 13th stating that the package should be picked up the following day however, around 9 pm, the package was delivered (left sitting outside) with no delivery updates. Most of the items that was shipped had to be thrown out. If the package was delivered in two-days, that would not have happened.
I am appalled at the service I received especially since we have paid our money to ship the package in two days."
It is now February and I have yet to speak with a live Rep. All I receive is a link to leave feedback. I will be switching my courier service!"

"I ordered a Christmas Present for my sister on Amazon that was supposed to arrive by Christmas Eve via USPS. It never arrived. And every time I tracked the item, it would still be somewhere in California. And to make matters worse, I had to pay 67.99 CAD for the shipping and handling of an 11.88 CAD item. It was a "Priority" parcel too. You'd better off kissing a sick snail than to have confidence in this disappointment of a parcel service."
"Every time that a package is send through USPS is a living nightmare. The first time it was “delivered” but I was at home for 2 days waiting for them to arrive and never show up so I lost not only my time and package but also the money cause nobody was responsible for it. The second time they went to deliver my item and as nobody was there they returned it to the sender right away. The third time they keep my package at one of their facilities and in order to get it I have to go there 2 times, and Now they said that they couldn’t delivered the package to me because the “address wasn’t right” and I mean WTH? I’d the same address I have been using for the last 2 years
This is the worst company in the world, they have lack of responsibility, commitment and one of the worst customer services ever."

November 24 2019 coming from California state took little long was ok .got to Sun city usps florida December 3 2019..and than nightmare begins.. the package got forward to my son anthony in danbury Connecticut .different name.. different address ..different state.(my name Antonio I live in ruskin florida) now the package is setting in the danbury c.t. post office not just that they want to charge me $11.35 to pick up and Sen it back to my what a joke remember free shipping from eBay now I have to pay for Sun city or tam pa post office mistake lol. "Ordered products from vendor in St. Charles, IL. Item shipped and was picked up by USPS @ 12:35 P.M. on the 6th of November! On the fourth day it finally made it to Chicago on the morning of the 9th! Really, in four days it traveled 42 miles! WTF is the matter with these morons; that is an average of 10.5 miles a day? I could have walked the package from St. Charles to Chicago faster than that! I live in central Kansas and am about 765 miles from Chicago. At the rate this package is moving, I should get it around the 10th of January. Worst delivery service available! Anything that the government has their hands in is a waste of time and money! "
