"Great company, came through with massive savings on the refrigerator we bought. Delivered in a timely manner (freight). Luckily the item arrived when movers were at our new house, so we had some help getting the appliance in the door. This is a great way to save big over big-box appliance stores. Easy to talk to a real person when I had questions about the purchase."

"DO NOT BUY FROM US APPLIANCE!!! Ordered on 8/6/2015 today is 10/01/2015 still haven't resolved issue!
Large dents on front of washer! The say don't sign delivery receipt till open and inspect, drivers wouldn't unload if we didn't sign receipt. Drivers left before inspection, drivers forged receipt saying not damaged. Us Appliance agreed that it was forged . Said since we installed and used it they won't replace washer. How do we know if it works if not used? Argued with me said Maytag won't fix it. Next manager said we will have someone repair it. Sent repair man, completely disassembled my new washing machine. Now it won't fill with water! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES! SCAM ARTISTS! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A LOCAL COMPANY AND BUY YOUR PRODUCTS!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a whole kitchen suite of Bosch appliances. Before purchasing over $8,500 in appliances i called US Appliance to ask about how to receive the items and what to do if there was damage. The person answering the phone said i was to inspect the cartons for shipping damage before signing the receipt. Additionally he said i had 24 hours to open and inspect for other issues with the items.
Upon receipt of the appliances I Inspected the delivery as instructed by their customer service. The delivery company would not stay while i open the cartons (which is normal for delivery companies) Once the packages were opened i found damage definitely related to factory packaging not the delivery company. Called customer service and they said it was not their issue but would order a replacement part but i would have to install it.
That did not seem right so i called Bosch service. They said if i installed the part it would VOID the factory warranty. Bosch sent a service tech who handled the issue. The service tech confirmed this was damaged from factory not from shipping. I called US Appliance to ask why they would instruct me to do something to void my warranty and the customer service person told me "We were just trying to help you out because the damage should have been reported to the shipper"
I told her that the damage was incurred in the factory (not from the shipper) and the Bosch tech confirmed that. She became very agitated and rude.
Worst Service i have ever received besides giving advice that would void my warranty. I called for a customer service supervisor and left a message. Have never received a call back. Not shocking considering the advice i received from their service department. Not very well trained so why would management care about the customers either.
Absolutely absurd and rude. Price is great just better hope you don't have an issue
