"Home Depot had the wrong information on the fridge that was delivered so we had to decline the delivery. The delivery crew was polite and walked us through what we needed to do to return it (declined delivery) and sign the paper. They then re-boxed the fridge and carefully put it back in their truck. We were pleasantly surprised at the care of the delivery and of their professionalism with a, to us, disappointing mix up. Looking forward to seeing them again Thursday when the correct fridge is delivered. "
"I love the product that I ordered once it was actually delivered. We expected our GE microwave /oven with convection to arrive in 10 fays....it took more like 6 weeks. That's a very long time to go without an oven or microwave when you have a family of 6 to feed!"
