"Ordered a Stove and a Microwave from US Appliance. I called today to check on the status of our order and Stan, the agent, cursed in the background on the phone when he took 5 minutes to look our order up and told us that there was a stove on the way, but we cannot have it and that he has no idea when they will ever get the stove I ordered in. He then started to blame LG and some lady in his company. I asked where our other products were and he told me that "they are sitting in the back room" and he refuses to ship them separately. The unprofessional way this was handled caused me to cancel our order with US Appliance and go to an honest company. I have this entire call recorded (Oregon rules). I should have read the reviews like many others have said all over the internet. Stan seemed very uncaring and at the end of the call it was realized that the order for our stove was never even processed. Steer clear of these people. He even mentioned that "they don't have any bad reviews anywhere"... wow.... You do now..."

"I bought the Kitchen Aide package , and when it arrived all the shelves where broken inside . So they had it sent back then. I had to wait 2 more weeks after waiting a month almost to get the package. I recieved the second a refrigerator and it has a giant dent on the side. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. get a hold of them finally after many calls and emails. And we agree that they would reimburse me 289.00 after arguing with them . They only wanted to give 239. So I check my account and they only gave me back 239 Not 289. So my kitchen was not ready for the appliances yet when I recieved them so they sat in the garage for almost a month .well when I took the range out of the packaging lord and behold a huge dent on the side. But since I did not check it and report it in 24 hours after receiving it . I am now stuck with two damaged items .
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY DO NOT TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS DAMAGED. I SHOULD OF WENT TO LOWES OR HOME DEPOT.

"I placed an order for a kitchen suite with US Appliance two weeks ago. At the time of ordering I was told that two of the items were in stock and that I just had to wait for the third one. I called in to check the status and the third item has arrived, but now I have to wait for the other two items to arrive because they have gone out of stock. The representative, Carla, herself confirmed that the company will not hold items that are in stock for you, and they will only ship once everything is in stock. Well if you won't hold items that are available while waiting for the others to arrive, and you won't ship until everything is available, then you are just holding on to my money and toying with me as a customer. After I told Carla I would cancel my order if they were unable to fit the commitment to a maximum three-week time frame, she no longer responded- and that is the service you can expect. Further, you will get no service from anyone, except the person who sold you your items, so if they are on vacation, or off, or whatever else, don't expect to get any help with your order.

Saving a few dollars is not worth it with this company. If you are buying appliances, which are expensive, I'd steer clear of dealing with US Appliance. If they won't offer support during the buying process, I can't imagine how they'd deal with you when a problem arises.
