"US Appliance calls you to inspect your appliance before signing for it. The delivery person refused to let me do that. US Appliance should insure their contracted freight companies know the US Appliance rules. As it turned out, the delivered dishwasher had been damaged during shipping, but the damage was only visible inside the dishwasher. It had obviously been dropped while in the box on its upper front corner. The dishwasher had hidden damage as well which required 5 appliance repairmen visits over a 2 month period, and I'm still not sure it's really fixed. This wasted a lot of my time. We had also recently ordered a washing machine from US Appliance that had 2 shallow dents in the bottom of the front panel. Not that big of a problem, but given the dishwasher damage, I will definitely not order anything else from US Appliance, since their shipping can't be trusted."

"I was in need of kitchen appliances set checked on their website it showed items was in stock ready to ship and would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. And I called them over the phone to make sure if everything is accurate in terms if delivery date and such and she double checked with warehouse and confirm that items were in stock and ready to ship. So I went ahead and place the order July 19th. I called them today August 2nd and they told me they are out of stick for range and they may get it in 10 days and such. This is just redicilious . The set was one of my customer who is trying to sell his house. His because of this company everything delayed for 2 weeks. Never buy anythin6from them. They have very horrible customer service. They never try to help you out.

"The driver unloaded a four-piece appliance set at 10.30p on the side of the street. My 70-year old uncle had to beg the driver to help use the driver's dolly and extra hands to wheel the appliances into the driveway. I know the driver had a long day and was looking to close his shift, but how about not dropping the load in the street and/or spending 10 more minutes offering to help an old guy with the delivery. "

The delivery was on point and the driver went above and beyond with helping to get the things into the house after my help went ghost.

"Purchased a Krushr Trash compactor on 1/27/17, invoice number WEBU uU9073. Crusher door has fallen off, screws have come loose and the compactor does not function properly and often gets stuck.

WE paid $1223.00 for the unit. Contacted customer service at Krushr & spoke with Jerry. He initiated a claim and contacted Value Appliance, Roseville, Ca., ***-***-****. On 2 occasions, 6/29/17 & 7/11/17, Value Appliance sent a technician, Lynn, who attempted to resolve our problems to no avail.

Now we were advised a new door was being ordered but it is allegedly back ordered. In the meantime we have no way to take care of our trash.

This unit is a piece of expensive junk and should be returned to the manufacture.

Shame on your Krushr.
