"Very disappointing!! I ordered a double wall oven expected delivery 1-3 weeks, they ask you not to even contact them until the 3 weeks has passed. On the 22nd day, I called the company, and spoke to Jennifer, she stated she would contact the rep by email and get back to me by email, really, you're already late on delivery and it doesn't warrant a phone call to me or the rep. I called back the following day which was today and was told by Jennifer it would probably be another 2 weeks, no apology, I'm not sure she was even planning on getting back to me. I would think if you're going to take my $2700. at the time of purchase, you should know whether or not you have the product you're selling and that it could be delivered in a more timely manner. To me 1-3weeks means best case scenario, you receive your product in a week, worst case scenario in 3, definitely not 5 weeks. I will not purchase through this company again."

"I ordered an appliance on November 7th, the website clearly states that delivery time is 1-3 weeks for large appliances which is okay. On November 25th, they state that it has arrived and is ready to be shipped. I get a call from the delivery company saying it will be delivered December 10th. US Appliance refused to accept responsibility, and continually made excuses, saying I am in a remote area code. Remote area codes for NY are listed on their website and mine is not listed! I live in Binghamton NY, the 7th largest metro area in NY, how is that remote? The Fridge was in Rochester on the 26th, and I wont get it for 2 weeks, US appliance refused to pay to have Home Direct expedite shipment. They then said I could have cancelled the order on the 25th, even though they DID NOT say anything about the late delivery until after it was too late to cancel. Customer service refused to take any responsibility and instead blamed me while being fairly rude. Stick with a company that commit to an exact delivery date, I screwed up on this one."
