"Boxes were pristine but the dishwasher was unrepairable. policy is ck it or in 24 hrs it's yours.
Install was later - apparently the unit was dropped and distorted beyond repair. Have had 3 dishwashers now out of 4 that were ruined. The previous carrier -Yellow was the worst but I think dishwashers may be too fragile to ship common carrier to a residence."

"Order on Oct 25th. Credit card was charged on the same day and I already received the credit card bill. The invoice show order date Oct 27th. The order said it takes 3 weeks to deliver. So I'm still waiting till Nov 17th. Since I have not received any email, I contacted US Appliance on Nov 12 and the REP said that it is to be shipped out today. There will be no tracking number, so I don't know if the item is on the way or not. I will follow up with another review once I get the item."

"Simply put US-Appliance is the best place ever to shop for all of your appliance & electronics needs. We have ordered 2 entire kitchen packages from them, the first one in 2008 the kitchen Aid Architect series, stainless, just beautiful, perfect condition, not a single problem with all 7 items.
This year we purchased an entire kitchen suite for our new home in the LG line, stainless steel, 8 items total, just as beautiful but even better. Flawless perfect condition, a little glitch with the gas stove top but that is being quickly resolved by LG.
We will order every time from US-Appliance, the customer service is top notch, the guys are just great to work with.
