Also be warned that any hidden damage in delivery not reported withing 24 hours of delivery is not covered in any claim. So if you are remodeling and leave your appliances in the manufacturers containers (boxes) and find hidden damage later.. you're on your own. US Appliance just tells you to go the manufacturer and purchase "replacement" doors.. etc. Bottom line, good pricing, bad invoicing policy, and risky purchase if you have damages not reported in 24 hours.
