"We ordered our cooktop and double oven and had to wait twice as long as they advertised to get the cooktop! The oven never made it and thier response was to contact the shipper! They were complete idiots!!!!! They could not tell me where the oven waa or when it would arrive! Appliance direct told me that the oven had been stolen in transit and I could order a new one that would be here in 4-6 weeks. I finally had to cancel the order and get the ovens from Amazon. They were here in under 2 weeks!!!! You need to change who you are shipping with and get a decent delivery crew. The ones you are using are horrible and I will never order another appliance from you folks because of them!!!!!'n"

"I bought an electrolux stove from US Appliance. It took almost 3 months to get it and then the stove was faulty. It has been almost 7 months and I still have the same exact problem with the stove even though the electronic panel has been replaced twice. US Appliance refused to give me all my money back on this product. I have to suffer the loss of shipping and taxes which I think is totally unfair since it is not my fault the stove is a lemon."

The shipping time was horrendous and weeks late as well as the condition that the products I purchased upon arrival having a lot damage done to them. Would have liked to see US Appliance do more than what they really did to resolve the issue. I wouldn't use them again simply for the shipping and product condition upon arrival. Both were EXTREMELY substandard."
