"Good parts but bad customer service, called me three days after i placed the order to tell me that they couldnt process my payment because the address didnt match what was on file, but IT DID. I told them the same address and they re-processed the order and it worked....hmmm dont understand what the problem was in the first place. After all this, now it is thanksgiving week so I surely won't receive my part for another week. A little frustrating. "

"What a great and convient place to buy auto parts. My work causes me to travel extensively. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part and did not find this out until Saturday morning. I called and within 10 minutes I had been sent a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions for returning. I immediately went on-line and ordered the correct part. The following Tuesday, I received my correct and a credit for the part I returned. Customer service personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. "Disappointing experience. I ordered plugs and wires for our RX8. The plugs came, but no mention of the wires. I inquired and was eventually told that the wires were out of stock. I ordered an alternate set of wires and then canceled the order when told that I would have to pay a second shipping charge for the wires. Not a good policy and not a good way to take care of customers for your negligence of listing the wires on your website as available. Won't be using your services again. Just so you know.

"This is the fourth time I have ordered from US Auto Parts. And the second time I have been disappointed not necessarily with the parts but with the service. My latest order was a complete front exhaust with catalytic converter for my 2002 Camaro, I ordered last Thursday 11/11/10, the charge $363 went thru my account the next day. By Monday 11/15/10 I still had not received a shipment confirmation E-mail so I wrote the company's customer service an inquiry about my order using the order number, date, etc... Well today is 11/18/10 and I have still not received a shipment confirmation (tracking number) OR a response to my follow-up E-mail from 11/15/10. I guess tommorrow I will have to call and speak to 4 or 5 different people in Bombay or New Delhi like I had to the last time something like this happened. On that occasion it to 6 weeks to get my credit back for a returned part and the credit was not for the FULL Amount. Oh well I guess I learned my lesson.....
