"Overall, had a great experiance with US Auto Parts. Reviewed parts needed online and called Customer Service to verify I had the right part numbers. Customer Service was very helpful and friendly. Parts showed up within projected timeframe and everything was in order. Only problem I had was with the website when placing my order. At confirmation page, a pop-up box appeared that caused the confirmation page with order number and billing details to vanish. Was a little nervous, but was re-assured that the order completed when I recieved a confirmation email a day later. 4 out of 5 stars."

"I ordered replacement hood and hatch struts for my 2002 JGC. The order arrived and was correct. The part were almost direct replacements. The rear hatch struts needed to utilize the upper connection points from the old struts do to incompatibility in mounting angles. No problem once I switched them out. The hood struts were direct and had no problem with them."

"The WORST business ever!!! I ordered 2 strut assemblies (Front passenger and driver sides) for a 1993 Geo Prism LSi online and the driver side strut assembly they sent me was the wrong part! They sent me a rear strut assembly. It turns out that their website was wrong and they admitted that, but refused to send me the correct part. (They didn't correct the website until at least two months after I brought it to their attention.) They have the correct part as I tracked it down myself despite the their claim that they didn't have it. It was listed under a different vehicle. They told me that I could get it if I paid for it a second time at a higher price than I already paid!!! I emailed and had phone conversations with them on numerous occasions and received no help from anyone. All I got from them were nothing but lies! Their lies began even before I received anything as they lied about when I would receive the parts. It took them nearly two weeks to get the parts to me that I was supposed to receive in five business days or less. I was told by them that I would receive the parts by the following Wednesday after I ordered the parts, but didn't receive the parts until the following Saturday. They didn't bother to ship anything until the following Monday after I repeatedly called them about this. Any real company would correct their mistakes and make it right with their customers. Their excuse? Our computer won't let us! Does this company tell it's computers what to do or do their computers tell them what to do? The last time I checked, I tell my computer what to do not the other way around. After one month of getting the run around from them I was finally able to return the incorrect part, but they refunded me less than what I paid! Keep in mind that they made all of the mistakes, not me. If you decide to buy a part from these liars and thieves---DON'T!!! The California Attorney General's Office has been made aware of this company's "business" practices and now you are too. FYI--This company goes by many names on the internet including partstrain.com et al. To sum up: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! "
"I've used U.S. Auto Parts to purchase replacement parts on behalf of my father who owns a 92 Toyota Camry. Of course my dad is old fashioned and doesn't have pc/internet access so he contacts me for his replacement parts needs. The first time I ordered a part for him was for a driver's door handle and I searched the web and found U.S. Auto Parts. I easily found the part I needed and really had no need to check out any other sites. I felt U.S. Auto Parts had a professional looking homepage and being the careful internet user that I am, I scanned the site with my scanners n'tools and got the green light! I was ready to order! Since then, I've decided to use U.S. Auto Parts for future replacement parts. Which comes to my most recent order. Dad calls and says, " I need an exterior passenger side doorhandle, can you find one?" And so I did. Great service and decent prices! I will definitely use U.S. Autoparts whenever I need to! "The order was correct, it sent out in a reasonable amount of time. The packaging box was in good shape, no damage to it. Inside was the original packaging was sealed, but the two small rear window shields had cracks in them on the corners, the cracks were small and in the upper corners of the shield, I used them anyway and slipped the corners into the channels to conseal them. All in all they look great."
