"I was in St. Augustine, FL and was walking on George Street. There are stores & restaurants that line the street with flag poles attached to several of them. I noticed that not one of them were tangled of wrapped around the the poles. Upon closer inspection I found that the pole itself actually spun, unlike the one I had with the rings that I had to constantly unwrap. So I found the US Flag store and I never have to do anything with my flag except enjoy it simply hanging or flying in the breeze. Thanks!"

"The 2x3 private label flag was made by Valley Forge and labled as Valley Forge. It replaces our Valley Forge which flew for a whole year without becoming tattered. Really fine flags! We have the taller collapsible pole which we had two flags for a whole year in a high wind area....it took everything Michigan could throw at it and is still standing tall! Remember not to fly a flag too large for your pole (find the chart for recommended flag sizes) our you will end up with an embarrassing leaning flag pole - do it right and you will be happy with your pole installation! It would be over a month before ameriacn flag available. canceled order this info should have been relayed to me the day of the order I should not have had to contact cs to find out."

"Returned merchandise over a month ago and still haven’t received a refund. Paid extra to have shipped in time and they weren’t. Called customer service and waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. They said they would email a return label and didn’t. I had to go to website to return and was told that shipping wouldn’t be refunded and an additional $8.49 would be deducted from my refund for returning. Tried calling customer service several times after and stayed on hold forever. All this could have been avoided if merchandise was shipped when promised."

Never took delivery of package from UPS was told I had to wait till it was returned to them I said never took delivery of goods so I never revived what I ordered.
