"This is the email I sent to the company and got no responds back: Wow I just called your customer service back (and waited on hold another 26 min) to cancle this order and was told that you would charge me $8.39. First I order this on Oct 31 at 6:41am. According to your web site I should of had it in 2 day. It is Nov 8th and I do not have it. I called your customer support and waited 30 mins for a representive. At that time I was told DHL had the package and because of weather they where behind. When I ask of a ETA she could not tell me just kept repeating DHL had it and they have bad weather. I check to see what weather delays the east coast had and could find none. When I called back the second time to cancle your representive told me my package was in Florida.
I am very disappointed in your service/customer service.

I placed an order for the 4" x 6" Stick Flag Standard without Ball Tip - 100 pack (#SO6211864). I received email that the order partially shipped. However the item I order had not shipped. When I reached out to customer service the AMAZING specialist on 11/6/2018, She advised me that the product that I ordered was on back order. I advised her that this order was for the upcoming Veteran's Day Parade. She then replaced my order with # 4" x 6" Stick Flag Standard with Ball Tip - 100 pack as a courtesy and had the order overnighted. I could not express to her how happy she made me. I received the Flags and was extremely pleased with the product as well as the customer service. I would recommend to use your company for anyone that needs flags for any event.

"While the material quality seems good and the flag has held up in some pretty terrible weather in the few weeks I've had it, it arrived with the red color already appearing faded. The St. Louis flag's primary color is red, and instead of being at all vibrant, it had hints of pinky hue that you might expect to happen as the red fades over time. I am happy enough with the flag for now, but will not order from the company again. "

"Ordered from U S Flagstore many times in last 8+ years - always great service on ordering process and they will try to get best price on both product and/or shipping. Generally order 3 to 4 flags at a time and will last about 3months each in SW Kansas wind. only real complaint is warranty is only from time of receipt - which is basically no warranty as I order before needed so will have when flag gets tattered. "We ordered 50 flags for a televised event on Saturday 11/22. 49 of the flags were sizes they carried in stock but one was a special order. The flag was sent to us and we delivered to my customer. When they opened it on the morning of 11/21 the flag was a very poor quality and missing graphics. One of our employees called wholesale customer service and the lady who answered could care less in trying to take care of the situation. All that was offered was a refund- no sorry, let me see what can be done to fix- nothing. I called a short time later and got the same story. No effort to contact their vendor to see if they could rush out another "correct" flag (A flag like that would of taken less than 1 hour to make). Would not let me talk to a supervisor or manager. If this is the effort you're going to make when you sell inferior products don't think you'll ever get my business again. In fact, I'm one franchise in the group of 400-500 and each of them will know what you didn't do to take care of this problem."
