"I haven’t grown these seeds yet. But mailing out peanut seeds that have been pretty shelled is a giant no no. Once the outer paper layer cracks, the seed is basically useless. Not only were over half the outer papers cracked, half the seeds were CRUSHED OR BROKEN. So I paid for like 8 decent seeds. Won’t be ordering from UF again. Despite the other two packets of seeds arriving in good shape."

"I went from container gardening to above ground gardening this year, and Urban Farmer has provided seeds and planting tips. I set my seedling out a couple of weeks ago and several days ago remembered that I needed tomato blossom set spray. UF had what I needed, and got it to me quickly. Thanks UF! "DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered seeds and received an email that day from owner saying that my order had been shipped, and with a tracking number. Shortly after that he sent an email saying he was sorry but the item I ordered was out of stock and he could not send and HE CANCELLED THE ORDER, saying he would issue a refund. I have now had an email from him saying that a refund of $12. would be issued. I PAID A TOTAL OF $17. !!! This is completely outrageous and unacceptable and I have now filed a Paypal dispute against him to recover my full payment. This is a dishonest and sleazy company.
After I filed the Paypal dispute he sent me taunting and obnoxious emails. There is NO justification for him saying he would refund $12. instead of my full payment of $17. when HE WAS THE ONE WHO CANCELLED THE ORDER! I have also just filed a BBB complaint. This company is red flagged on their site! Paypal has just informed me that they have issued me a full refund. "
"I placed an order for about $100 worth of seeds from one of the big seed companies in January. It was still awaiting shipment the end of February with some of the seeds (tomatoes) not expected to ship until May. This would be far too late for planting. I canceled that order and gave Urban Farmer a try. I had my entire seed order in a bit over a week, and saved about $10. "
