"Buying custom furniture sight unseen over the Internet can be a scary experience. I probably exchanged a dozen EMAIL's with Roman at Ultimate Home Entertainment before I made a purchase. He did a great job of explaining the options and answering my questions. Berkline recliners are built to order in America -- not mass produced in China. They aren't cheap, but I feel that I paid a fair price. Ultimate's pricing was very competitive with other online sellers, and much better than local retailers. My only complaint is that delivery took longer than expected, but that's the fault of the shipping company and their local agent. I would have had the same delay no matter who I purchased from.
