"We are extremely pleased with our Fusion Jive chairs. They look great and are very comfortable. The chairs are well-made and were extremely easy to put together. Aluminum cup holders and tray tables that come with the chairs are quite useful. We conducted a fairly comprehensive search when looking for theater chairs. Fusion chairs came on top as they are well designed with features that have real utility and at a good price point. We were limited on space and the Jives allowed us to fit in 7 chairs (3 single seats in the back and 2 dual love seats in the front). The review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Roman. He is an absolute professional and was consistently available to promptly answer questions throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things home theater. He helped us with riser design and layout for optimal seating configuration. He even held the chairs for us in his warehouse for a couple of months until we were ready for them. "I purchased a row of 3 curved Fusion Jives from Roman. He was very helpful during the entire process and shipped the seats *very* quickly.

One of the armrest wasn't lining up quite right initially. Roman was prompt in his replies (even though I wasn't) as we went about troubleshooting everything. After determining that the hinge was problematic, Roman had one shipped directly from the factory -- it, like the chairs, arrived very quickly.

Everyone who has sat in the chairs has been impressed. By far, the most common response is, "I don't want to get up". Even though the Jives are typically used in width-constrained builds, I personally find them to be plenty roomy. Highly recommend the Jives and doing business with Roman!"

"It’s not often in this world that the end product and service outperform all expectations but this is definitely one of those times! I had done some pretty extensive research into theater chairs for my home theater prior to contacting Roman (Ultimate Home Entertainment) about his Fusion chairs last Thursday December 28th. What impressed even more than the product was the time and effort Roman spent well into the evening of a Holiday weekend making sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my decisions. I placed the order Thursday evening and the chairs arrived this morning (Really fast). I ordered a row of 4 and a row of 3 (Escape-1019 leather). All arrived in perfect condition and, as I stated above, the product blows away any and all expectations I had. I have never met Roman or done business with him prior but I can honestly say after 50 years on this planet it will go down as one of my most satisfying purchase experiences and that is saying a lot...just ask my wife!
