"After reading the reviews online, I ordered four of the Streamline chairs. Roman was very responsive to my emails and provided excellent guidance on selecting the best chair for my needs. The order was shipped immediately and arrived on schedule. They arrived in perfect shape and were easy to assemble. I am extremely pleased with the look and quality of these chairs. The recline mechanism is quick and sturdy. The leather/vinyl looks and feels great. I enjoy the easy to use controls on the arm with the USB ports. The cup-holders are generous with large glasses fitting easily. I was unsure about the power lumbar support but use it all the time now. These chairs are very comfortable. I highly recommend the Fusion theater chairs and the customer support is outstanding. If I had more space, I'd order more!"
"I bought 4 fusion lagoon power reclining seats on bonded black leather a little more than 3 years ago. Our family has really enjoyed these chairs over the year as it really makes it a comfortable home theater experience.
One of the chairs recently developed a problem reclining. I reached out to roman and he helped me trouble shoot the chair and figure out the problem was a faulty switch.
It really is a simple design and easy to trouble shoot if you have more than 1.
I cleaned out the switch and now it is working great again. It looks like there was an extra washer installed at the factory which might have been shorting it out. I took out the extra washer so fingers crossed that was the problem.
Bottom line is these are great chairs and Roman's service even waaaay after the sale is great! You can definitely feel comfortable buying from his company. "

"Spent ages looking around for chairs to buy, and it soon became apparent that finding chairs that I could try was going to be almost impossible. And while there were a lot more options online, nobody came close to having the reputation of Roman & Ultimate Home Entertainment so, I decided to get the Fusion Collection Streamline seating from him.
Before I comment on the chairs, I must absolutely endorse everything that has been said in other reviews about Roman and his commitment to customer service - the guy is an absolutely pleasure to deal with and is very true to his word. Delivery was arranged at a time that suited me perfectly and the chairs arrived in perfect condition. Which brings me to the chairs....
These chairs are awesome! I opted for the brown, bonded leather finish and was a little wary initially of the bonded leather but I needn't have worried - I had based my concerns on the type of bonded leather that I had seen being sold in major furniture stores. The bonded leather on the Fusion chairs is a totally different class - it feels and looks fantastic and seems like it will be very durable.
The power recline is great, as it the power lumbar support, which I had not seen on any other chairs that I had considered. The addition of the USB port in each chair is also a welcome bonus!
Ultimately, I might have paid a little more than I could have done at other online retailers, but the peace of mind from dealing with Roman and his reputation made it a no-brainer."
"We recently purchased 8 Theater Chairs from UHE. They were from Tribute Style 1015, power recline, in Bonded Leather from their Fusion Collection. They were great to work with. I had a ton of questions and very nervous about buying online sight unseen. They took the time to answer all my questions and followup questions, and then more questions without any hesitation, any sense of impatience, and without making me feel like I was a bother.
The Chairs were in stock and ready to ship once I was willing to pull the trigger. Once we placed our order, they arrived quickly and in a matter of days rather than 6-8 weeks everyone else quoted me.
The setup and installation was quick and easy. There was a minor problem with two not having their power working out of the box but they were great to quickly respond and both were simple fixes with a loose wire. All chairs are up and working with ease.
In relation to the cost of the chairs, they were some of the best prices that I found AND the prices included a USB port in the chair, and a tray table for each chair - neither of which I found offered with others without an additional purchase.
I would not hesitate to recommend Roman and UHE to buy from. While it is perhaps too early in the process to rate the chairs themselves - (not enough chair time yet). We do like them, think we will love them and were pleased with the look and "feel" of the chairs."

He spent about an hour total talking to me about my home theater questions even though I was just buying seating. He even took the time out of his Friday evening to speak to me. "I was originally looking for a large leather sectional for my family room and stumbled upon theater seating as an alternative. I shopped around and sat in several. Heard about the Escapes on the AVS forum and saw many stellar reviews. Since the warehouse was within 2 hours of my house I was able to try out the chairs in person. I spent over an hour putting the Escapes through their paces and made my decision. I flipped one over and was very impressed with the design and construction. Very comfortable, but not too soft, with great support. The adjustable headrest is the best feature. I'm surprised how often during an evening I end up making slight adjustments to my head and leg positions for maximum comfort. People that try them out are usually blown away by the adjustable headrest first.
I ended up buying 7 Escapes, 6 in an arc in front of the big screen and one standalone on the side. I have a loveseat in the middle of the arc, and its great, but also convenient to have the removeable armrest. I rented a truck a picked them up from the warehouse. Great experience and saved me money on shipping. I originally was going with real leather until I saw them in person and liked the pebbled feel and perceived durability of the bonded leather better. The dark brown is really sharp looking. They were very easy to put together. With each chair having such a long cord, I was able to run all 7 to one power strip and all the wires are hidden in the chairs. I have 5 kids and 3 dogs and these are working out great. With all the cup holders, arm storage, and 7 separate aluminum trays, they are incredibly versatile. Being an engineer I appreciate the thought that went in to the design. For instance, the button that locks out the controls is awesome, and prevents the dogs from changing my position. The bonded leather is very sturdy and has been easy to clean with a small dustbuster and some cleaning wipes. With 7 cell phones in the family the USB ports on each chair are also a big hit.
Dealing with Roman was great, as he responded almost immediately to all emails. I had a slight scrape on one of the cup holder controls and he sent me out a replacement immediately, no questions asked. The pricing was very reasonable for what you get. The 7 chairs were comparable to a good leather sectional and are so much cooler! They were also much cheaper than some of the other chairs I looked at, and none of those had the adjustable headrests.
I strongly recommend the Escapes to anyone looking for home theater seating or just quality furniture for your house. "
