"Purchased a xbox 360 halo 3 edition about a year ago.
The shipping was insanely fast, but the xbox had its issues right off the bat. for one the power supply plug didnt match the console. Then the disk drive had an issue of seating correctly. so over time it got worse.
So my advice is just pay the extra hundreds and you wont have to deal with the head ache. "

It did not work and I returned it for an exchange.
They contacted me in mid-September saying they were sending me the exchange but I never received it.
Since then, there's no one on the phone there, they do not reply to my e-mails or return calls....."

After receiving it back, it broke again after one day of use...apparently the same problem. "I recently ordered a refurbished Xbox 360 Elite bundle from UncleVic.com. The order process was quick, the shipping was prompt, and the packaging was secure. Unfortunately, the contents of the package were not as expected.
According to UncleVic's website, the bundle should have included more items than shipped. Although the required components to play the system were included, there were some missing items that made the purchase a less than desirable bargain. I have called and e-mailed multiple times, with my first e-mail being sent on October 8th, 2010 (9 days ago). I still have not received a reply.
At first, I decided this was a small mistake and began playing the Xbox 360, figuring UncleVic would contact me the next business day. A few hours later and the system began to have issues. I e-mailed the warranty company and received a phone call the next morning. V3rge/Tekprotect attempted to contact UncleVic for my order confirmation and received no reply, so I sent a copy over. Fast, courteous and professional customer service is what I received from V3rge and I can only wish that UncleVic somehow makes up for their failings.
I have since then sent my Xbox 360 to V3rge/Tekprotect and am awaiting its return.
UncleVic has still not replied to my e-mails or phone messages.
Now, their website has been "under maintenance" for multiple days."

"I just had the worst customer service experience with a Team UncleVic associate. Placed an order for a PS3 through Google and was later contacted by email. Uncle Vic wanted me to provide the same information that Google has on file because I was paying by AMEX and having the item mailed to an address different then my billing address (my accountant lives in another state and pays my bills). In addition, they wanted a copy of my driver's license.
I sent an email asking them for the following: Number of years the company has been in business, Company EIN number, Company bank account number, Bank Routing number, Copy of certificate of formation/articles of organization, Copy of the company credit report, Curriculum Vitae of the company officers, and a copy of the President/CEO drivers license. In response, I get a link to some websites that mentions the company but nothing specific to my request.
Received a call from Aunt Vicky (she must have been Uncle Vic's wife because she had attitude) telling me that I must provide the information requested. I told her that I would complete the form sent but would not send a copy of my driver's license (I live in Manhattan and have no car or license). She tells me about all the fraud and how hackers break into Google (why does anyone have an account with Google if their information is not safe?) and she is protecting the customer. She tells about the fraud she had with her credit card and the hello she went through. I told her that I had a similar experience but it only took one phone call to AMEX to have the fraudulent $2500 removed. She said that I need to contact my bank and give them the other shipping address, etc., etc., etc. She would not let me talk because she was talking over my conversation that AMEX does have my different billing AND shipping address. Instead of calling me, she could have spent half the time by contacting AMEX and verifying the second address.
Out of frustration of not being able to talk and have her listen, I canceled the order. I also informed her that I will be a walking, talking billboard to everyone that I know and don't know about my experience.
