This time around I was looking for a specialty paper that canon recently discontinued. The gentleman I was speaking with offered some comparible options, but it was my interest to stay in the single paper to finish a project.
He then went online to find the paper for me at competitor stores.
This level of service is rare and so far above and beyond anything one would expect.
As a consumer I appreciate them putting my interests over their own.

"What a waste! I was so excited that I would be getting a two-hour instructional seminar on photography. Site listed the level of experience as for every one so I foolishly thought that the information would cater to more than just the really experienced. No SLR- be prepared to be disregarded and looked down upon. Moreover, after driving 70 minutes to get to the class in Fairfield, the seminar was only 70 minutes long! What a wasted opportunity. Access to the balloons is the only reason that the rating is more than one star. Note- if it had rained then it would have been $99 for a 70 min workshop that was not aimed to everyone; no re-scheduling of the access to the balloons. Had such high hopes for this. And Michael may think he loves to talk about photography but he does not like to answer general questions on it. Be prepared to have a condescending tone for the response no matter what your skill level. Oh well. "

"My dad likes instant pictures (83 years old). I found this company years ago when he couldn't get the film for polaroids any more. I don't have any problems ordering unless I forget my pwd.
