"I initially had a little difficulty with getting my order accepted because I live in an area where the post office refuses to use our physical street address as our address and forces us to use a cluster box address that looks like a street address. Our physical address then fails to show up when a company tries to verify an address yet UPS and FedEx require the physical address as they cannot deliver to the cluster mail boxes. It took a bit to get that confusing issue resolved but once resolved, they shipped and delivered when promised. The only other negative which kept me from giving the 5 stars is that after speaking with a customer service rep and being assured all was good to go and subsequently receiving and email stating my item had shipped, the email failed to provide a tracking number and even logging into my account did not reveal that it has shipped or its tracking number so I had no way to know if it would arrive or when it would arrive. Because it was signature required, I was forced to wait most of the day (a Saturday so I could not speak to anyone at the company) to see whether it had actually shipped and would arrive."

"Selling an item when you were out of stock, and then telling me it's going to be stocked back in a specific numbers of days, so I keep my purchase just to not deliver in your promise. Lame.
Don't buy if you need to know when your item will arrive."
