"Exceptionally great service. We ordered a Casio Privia PX 330 piano through Unique Squared on Ebay. They shipped the piano within a day and provided the UPS tracking number through email. When we received the piano, there were few stuck keys (I have heard about the stuck key issue for other digital pianos also - typically manufacturing issue). So we contacted the seller over the phone and they provided us free return label even though on the listing it was mentioned that the buyer needs to pay for the return. When they received the piano, they shipped another on the same day. This time there were no issues. Initially I was afraid to buy such an expensive item on Ebay but after talking to the customer service of Unique Squared I am happy that we purchased it through them. Big thanks to Unique Squared. "

"I mistakenly purchased the wrong AppleCare Protection Plan. I have a MacBook Pro and bought the 'Mac Pro' Plan thinking it was the right one. When I went to register it with Apple, it was rejected. Called Apple Support, they said I had gotten the wrong plan and to contact Unique Squared.

When I did, I was told that there was no exchange or refund as it was 'open software'. I just wanted to send it back for credit and buy the correct plan from them.

The Protection Plan is still good as it hasn't been registered or used. So not too impressed with Unique Squared. Recommend B&H instead. Won't be doing business with Unique Squared again."
