"Exceptionally great service. We ordered a Casio Privia PX 330 piano through Unique Squared on Ebay. They shipped the piano within a day and provided the UPS tracking number through email. When we received the piano, there were few stuck keys (I have heard about the stuck key issue for other digital pianos also - typically manufacturing issue). So we contacted the seller over the phone and they provided us free return label even though on the listing it was mentioned that the buyer needs to pay for the return. When they received the piano, they shipped another on the same day. This time there were no issues. Initially I was afraid to buy such an expensive item on Ebay but after talking to the customer service of Unique Squared I am happy that we purchased it through them. Big thanks to Unique Squared."

"Beware about the hidden policies:
I placed an order of Canon Vixia HF M300 as the listed price is really good. But then I got an email asking to call to confirm the order. When I called they tried to sell me additional battery for the camcorder at $40. As soon as I said I don't need it (as I can get the same from Ebay for less than $20), the representative told me there is a shipping insurance (Even though it is not mentioned during the checkout - mentioned inside the company policies without any $ amount). After I objected to this hidden fee, they canceled the order. I was not given any cancellation number or anything. Hopefully I will not see any charge on my credit card."
