"Ordered a power supply with a case before, power supply warrenty sticker was broken upon arrival, installed it anyways lasted for 4 hours..bought another one, since it was cheaper to buy then to ship back. Paid $13 extra to have it shipped quickly, and it took about 3 weeks to get the item, even though I selected 2 day overnight. They blamed it on UPS but they just shipped it out according to the tracking number. Contacted customer service with concern and no emails back, requested a phone number, no emails back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW SLOW SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH PAID EXTRA $$$ TO HAVE IT SHIPPED. NEVER WILL DEAL WITH AGAIN EVER. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I order parts all the time because I am computer tech, and I have never had a worse experience like I did with them. They also state they are all about customer service, yeah well they lie big time.

I am beinning to believe that this is not a real company at all, I ordered some parts last month and I have not recieved any corespondance letting me know what has happened to this order. "I would classify myself as a home computer builder. I have built approx 30 systems for myself and relatives. I have ordered several computer cases from you previously and am very happy with your service and your prices. One had a bad power supply which was replaced without question.
I am rather unhappy though about the many items that you have advertised for quite low prices but when you try to order them they are no longer available. These items should be removed from your site as soon as they are sold out rather than leaving them listed for weeks afterward.

It is quite frustrating to go to the trouble of finally deciding what you want to purchase and then find it is not available and in this case, hasn't been for weeks. If they are all gone either take them off the site or stamp across the item "SOLD OUT". As a result of this I bought my last 2 cases from Newegg."

"The Unit (HP Officejet d145) was delivered broken on January 13, 2004. I called everyday since to no avail - receiveing only an answering machine or that there voicemail is full.
No RMA # issued for replacement, yet.
I'm mortified! - The Customer service at this company is NIL! - What's going on! - This printer was to be for the President of the US Conference of Mayors! - This companies reputation is shot.

"This is the last time I will ever order anything from Upgrade Center Inc. I have been waiting three weeks to receive my order, and have not had any response to my inquiries, been able to talk to anyone in person, nor gotten any replies or answers to my e-mails. Upgrade Center sent an e-mail with a UPS tracking number, yet UPS has not received the package from Upgrade Center to be delivered. Great customer service Upgrade Center.

"CAN NOT GET TO ANSWER PHONE AND HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY PRINTER"
"Order 12/25/2003, they confirmed as Order #, and said would deliver within 2-3 days. Charged my credit card the following day and said that they would "update my order every day". Days passed, sent three e-mail that were returned "undeliverable" or "delivery failed (I found out that they re-route the e-mails to Hotmail.com, which answers that the addressee if unknown. Sent two more e-mail cancelling the order, and both came back as failed. Never heard from them again until 12/31: apology for the delay and saying "the order has been shipped". They gave a tracking number, which turned out to be fake; no shipping company recognized it (UPS, FedEx, Airborne, US Postal). Sent more e-mail, all returned; telephoned, faxed and the numbers have no signal. No way to communicate with them! My actions: reported to the U.S. Agency, to HP, the manufacturer of the office machine I had ordered, to the credit card. Very poor, suspicious of fraud business. Such actions such be punished."
