2. I ordered a black multuicard reader which was supposed to come with a USB connection. Thanks for mentioning that the USB connection on this product is a direct motherboard connection rather than the more typical external connection. This card reader is useless to me as I already have this connection on my motherboard in use. You should at least specify that this device may not work with all motherboards as the product specifically states on the item, which one could see only AFTER ordering.
3. I asked that my order be shipped by US mail (ground) instead you sent it by UPS needlessly costing me over $30 in courier and custom brokers fees.

Email (regarding another order) to customer service at the beginning of Monday business was answered at the end of Tuesday business. Competitor answered email within an hour and the order was placed and shipped 36 hours before Upgrade Center responded to email. Slow order processing, charging credit card days before shipment, and slow response to email indicates internal problems to this customer, and I won't order from them again."

today, the 4th. It will rather be here on the 8th, a full 14 regular days
after I ordered, and 9 bank business days (mine were open on friday)
afterwards.
I suggest you reevaluate your personnel and procedures.
