"Order filling and shipping is VERY slow! I ordered a motherboard the same day and got it in 4 days. Also, a front panel in 4 days. This is not even scheduled until next week, which will be approximately 10 if it arrives then. I know a shipping truck (ground) can travel across country in less than 2 days. So, the holdup must be in preparation. "

Actually the memory performs significantly better (working at over DDR568 speeds) than advertised by the manufacturer so I am quite happy. I must have gotten some chips out of a very good batch"
"BUYER BEWARE! PROTECT YOURSELF
Ordered an item on 8/15/2003. Got email confirmation right away. 8/21/2003 got email to check order status; when did, order CANCELLED. No explanation. The item was still posted on website.
Emailed question that day. 8/28 got reply that credit charge would not go through BUT my 9/3 bill from credit card company showed the charge on 8/15.
Again, I emailed Upgrade Center on 9/3 but got no response. Contacted again on 9/23, still no response. I finally had to call them LONG DISTANCE. After being on the phone over 15 min. I was told the item was not, and had not been, in stock. I told them it was still on the website. I was also told that I would get a refund right away. 2 months later, NO REFUND.
Since bill was auto-paid, I had to get the credit card company to try to collect back for me.
The item was still on the website for over 6 weeks after my order was cancelled.

"I ordered a 50' RJ45 cable from them on Tuesday, October 7th. I sent their customer service center an email asking when it was to be shipped on Wednesday. I heard NO response from them. I received a "this order was shipped" Friday evening. This is unacceptable, and I would advise anyone NOT to order from this retailer. Instead, my personal recommendation would be newegg.com, but look on here for their ratings, I'm sure they'll be much higher than these guys. "

"I recently ordered a Switch from Ugrade Center. The price was listed at 7.00. I even receieved a confirmation email confirming the 7.00 and a shipping charge of 3.85. No problem...
However, when i was emailed with a tracking number, i noticed that the price on the switch went from 7.00 to 13.00... Double the price.
It said i was billed 13.00 in addition to the 3.85 shipping. If i would have went to a local store and picked it up.
I do not reccomend this company for any purchases. I emailed and called the company."
"Ordered 2 400 watt power supplies via their website after finding them through Pricewatch. I read their poor reports here, but rolled the dice and gave them a shot. I had an immediate auto-response from them. The next day, I received a confirmation email and then a little later was provided a tracking number. The very next day, the items arrived at my doorstep via DHL ground all the way from California to rural Missouri. No complaints here."
