"I purchased 2 8 GB M2 memory cards from these guys since they had the best price. I printed the invoice when I confirmed the order fortunately. About a week latter 1 item total arrived and it was a different item completely unrelated (SD micro card). An invoice was included that showed 2 of the incorrect items (the item they shipped me one of). When I called customer service they said I must have accidently selected the wrong item when I order. After explaining that I had the correct invoice I was told to mail the item back and that I would be refunded my $74 + my $4.95 return shipping for their mistake. I did get the $74 back. I have not seen the $4.95.
Everything about the transaction was handled incompetently. I am still concerned that my paypal credentials were compromised and that these guys are going to use them. Beware of these guys.
Update 9/26/08
Upgrade Nation did eventually refund my shipping costs and provide the correct products discounted for my inconvenience. While the first few weeks of my transaction could not have gone worse they did eventually make good on the transaction and compensate me for my troubles. I was pleased that my review above did trigger action from Upgrade Nation and resulted in my shipping costs being refunded and the correct items provided at a discounted rate for my troubles."

"Absolute garbage. I ordered my items on July 7th, waited, got no confirmation. I called on the 12, got no replay and the funneled me off to another department, which was closed.
I call the next day, numerous time, to find they forgot about my order and will be shipping it today. They then said it will be at my door two days from now. This is three days from now and I have yet to see anything. UPS said they shipped yesterday.
Never ordering from them again, and I advise you to do the same."

"Bad experience! Beware this company and read their Terms before you order!. I ordered two mice of a specific type which showed were in stock from the website. After about a week I emailed and got a response immediately from Mitul that the order was sent and I received two cheap OEM mice- not close to what I ordered. I called for an RMA and found that I was to pay shipping back and there would be a 15% restocking fee. I got no response from Mitul why I should be paying a restocking fee. In my opinion after reading the terms closely, when your order from this company you are agreeing having them send you whatever they feel like sending you. Their original shipping is high, you pay return shipping, they clip15% off and get the merchandise back – or you can keep the junk that they sent you. Pretty slick business plan. I am an idiot for not reading the merchant reviews before trying a new company. Beware and read their terms completely before you buy from this company!"

Their return policy does not address how they will handle return of merchandise i didn't order. Will never do business here again."
"I'm still waiting for my order. I placed my order on 2/14/08 and used UPS 3 day shipping. UPS received my order on the 19th (I'll get it on the 22nd). Despite not being open on the weekends, they can't just send out priority orders when they feel like it. They state that their business is a first come first serve which makes no sense considering the nature of the business. I guess I should have expected it from a company that has only four employees according to BBB. "

"I orderd a set of 2 64MB SIMMs Memory for a total of 128MB. They shipped me a set of 2 32MB SIMMs for a total of 64MB! I called them and told them what they had done and they said I would have to get an RMA from them to return the incorrect order. I have emailed them twice requesting the RMA and they have failed to issue one or answer my emails. My order #2803766 which they shipped on 01/02/2008 but it did not arrive until 01/10/2008. I will keep trying to get satisfaction from this company but I'm sorry I did not bother to read the negative comments before I ordered!"
