"Beware!! This company is a scam. I traded in an iPhone 4s because I upgraded and the phone worked perfectly. They offered me $46 for it so I sent it in. Once they received it they said they could only give me $11 because the screen was cracked. I am 100% sure my screen was not cracked when I sent it in. To make it worse there is not a phone number to call them to dispute so you are screwed. Save yourself the headache and learn from my mistake. "
"I was nervous this site was going to be a scam, because I was selling a broken iPhone 5s. I Assumed after "inspection" that I would get cheaped out and get way less than the offer price. I did get the full offer amount. Usell was very speedy in the whole process. I will definitely use usell again if I need or want to sell anything else. "I did my homework checking out USell before sending them my iPhone. I was pretty sure it was going to be a scam or at the very least the reviews were going to be mostly dissatisfied. Not so at all. The reviews were almost all good. The most prevalent complaint was that the phone that was sent in was somehow damaged when it arrived and so the price that was quoted was not honored. The pre-paid bubble wrap envelope they sent me was not adequate protection in my opinion so I put my iPhone in a small box and added bubble wrap so it would arrive in the same condition as when it was sent. They paid me what they quoted. I would definitely sell to them again."

“Hi Dixie,
I'm sorry to hear you are so disappointed with the amount you received for your phone. I reviewed your order and I see that you created an order to sell an iPhone 4 16GB in flawless condition for $36.40. However, upon receipt, our inspectors noted that it was actually an iPhone 4 8GB with a cracked back. Combined, these two discrepancies significantly reduced the value. The revised offer of $7.00 was sent to you on November 20 to the email address you provided when you placed the order. A reminder was sent three days later. In all, we provided seven days to accept the offer and be paid the new amount or decline the offer and have your phone returned for free. Per our Terms of Service, if no action is taken to accept or decline a revised offer, payment is automatically made for the new amount. Since you did not respond to our notifications, the payment was issued accordingly on November 27.
