"I called up as the car I booked was not available anymore; the rental company ecoVia had given it away due to my late arrival caused by a flight delay. I was desperate as they were trying to make me pay the double to get a larger car, and there were long queues at other companie's counters and we couldn't find any alternate ourselves.
Allan helped me in a very fast and professional manner by booking a similar car in another agency. I am totally convinced and enthusiastic about such a good customer service.
We had a few minor inconveniences, including an hour's wait for the new vehicle (not VIP Cars' responsibility) and a wrong return address on the confirmation. But that didn't stop us from having a great vacation!

"Leider spreche ich nur deutsch und kaum bis garnicht Englisch. Ich hatte fragen vor meiner Buchung und habe den Livechat von VipCars genutzt und für mich war der Justin Jones zuständig. Er hat eine wahrhaft große Geduld und half mir trotz der Sprachbarrieren sehr sehr gut weiter und konnte meine Zweifel und meine Fragen zum Auto komplett beantworten. Eins würde ich gern an die Chefetage als positive Kritik weiterleiten, das man als Kunde doch gern vorab die Kaution sehen möchte, bevor man die Buchung abschließt. Es ist zum Teil sehr unübersichtlich. Und leider ist für Deutschland die Deutsche Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar. Man bekommt keinen Anschluss.
