"For a company claiming to be a warehouse they didn’t seem to actually have anything in stock. The floor mats I ordered were on back order. The bumper protector I ordered took 19 days to even get a shipping number and then another 3 days to actually get picked up by USPS. My expected delivery date will be 4 days short of a month from when I ordered. If I had known the supposedly “in-stock” part was going to take 3 weeks to get in the hands of the shipper, I would’ve gone to the local dealer down the road.

I sent an email asking for an update and all of a sudden my part got a tracking number. Funny how that works. I shouldn’t have to remind them of my order for it to get shipped.

Honestly, I’ll never buy from this company again. It’s clear they aren’t a warehouse and they ordered my parts from VW and had to wait to get them in hand before turning around and shipping them to me.

Save your time, buy from your local dealer or anyone else unless you just like waiting forever for your stuff. "
