"I was shown a shipping date at purchase that wasn’t met. 5-25-21 was expected shipping date, however it didn’t ship until 6-2-21. I called to ask questions, and when I finally got a call back the guy was nice, and informed me that shipping hasn’t been the easiest since COVID. Finally received my product, and I was missing a clip for my window wind deflectors. Will write another review when I see how they handle the issue. "

"Can never get ahold of anyone when needing answeres, shipping times are so far out when online it says itll be within a few days. I ordered 2 parts i got a refund that i requested but still waiting on the second. I will just go through the actual dealership whenever i need parts for my wifes car. I would also reccomend anyone just go through the dealership as well. "
