"I placed an order for a Garmin zumo 220 Motorcycle GPS Navigator. The item shipped fast because it was through a separate distributor. The problem is that it was shipped through FedEx with a ValleySeek account. ValleySeek specifically requested a signature with delivery and also that they package could not be held for pickup at a FedEx facility. I was not able to be home for delivery at 10:30 AM when they normally attempted due to having a normal working hours job. I first called FedEx to try and have them hold the package for pickup at their location but was told the shipper requested that the package not be able to be held for pickup and that if I wanted to change that I needed to contact the shipper and have them contact FedEx. The problem is that ValleySeek will not return any of the four phone numbers I could track down including the one on top of website and leave voice messages on all of them. They also do not respond to e-mail or requests through the website. The only reason I finally got a call from ValleySeek through a skype fake phone number is because I directly contacted the distributor that shipped the product and had them send an e-mail to ValleySeek on my behalf to request ValleySeek to contact me. When ValleySeek finally did call me they said they would call FedEx to remove no hold restriction but they never did what they promised. I called several more times and sent e-mails to request that they fix the problem but no received no replies and nothing changed. I finally pleaded to FedEx for anything they could do and they said they could arrange for a delivery on Saturday and since I would be out of town my roommate luckily was there to receive the package and sign for it. Otherwise I am certain it would have been returned to the distributor and I would have never been refunded my money I spend or received the item I paid for. Something needs to be done to either shut down this company or force them to provide some type of customer service. It is only luck that saved me from having to involve my credit card company to at least get my money back. It was the most frustrating online purchase I have ever made and I was furious at every problem I ran into.

I looked the product up on their site and it showed "out of stock". Finally I heard from google on 10/01/12 saying ValleySeek had cancelled my order. Note: I ordered a product from Provantage on the same day and it shipped the next day. I had that order in my hands in three business days. If you have the choice go Provantage!"
