"Initially emailed support after my order of a single item had not been marked as shipped online. The part showed as being in stock at the time of order and again a week later when I contacted support. Received a quick email back saying that the support rep would check into the order.

I waited a couple of days without receiving a response back. I checked online, it still hadn't shipped and was still marked as being in stock. I contacted support again asking what was going on with my order. No response. The next day, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and a quick apology message saying that there was a miscount in the warehouse and this item was out of stock. I checked the website a few hours later and noticed the website says this item is in stock.

Lastly, I got an email from ValleySeek two days ago asking for a review. The item is still in stock. This is ridiculous. Why let customers place orders for items that are out of stock? Why not let them know that it is out of stock? Why did I have to contact ValleySeek multiple times to find out this was out of stock and get my order cancelled? Would I have lost my money if I hadn't contacted ValleySeek multiple times? This seems ridiculous from a place with good Google Shopping reviews/rating! Maybe they do get things right sometimes, but realize that you are taking a gamble if you order from ValleySeek and you will not get anything quickly.
