"Bait 'n switch comes to mind, or perhaps false advertising, but even if the errors weren't simply theft on their part? They are still promoting a similar page, with wrong/unavailable item(s), which keeps 'em among the first results on google. They have never answered the phone, or returned any of my calls. Or, my money. They did send one Email, promising to send another in two days, but that was five days ago, and now? I'm threatening them with the Attorneys General of their State and mine, in the hopes of avoiding Civil Action ... far more frustration than consumers should be forced to endure. "

First you have to get an RA, took 2 days then another 2 days for a return shipping label, all for the pleasure of receiving an item that I did not order.
