"I would not order from this company, they sent me the wrong size and when I reached out to them they wanted me to pay all these fees to restock and all that then left me hanging from March 2 until this month and then they decided to respond, still refusing any type of reasonable meet in the middle agreement, as if this virus ruining my wedding, the ring I fell in love with wouldn't work because THEY sent me the wrong size and I'm not paying their absorb restocking fee, yes I tried wearing it with the snuggie thing, I cannot comfortably wear it that way and because I have tried, they won't take it back. Their customer service is not even sub par"
"Three days after my purchase I had an issue. I contacted customer service and they was more then willing to replace my ring with no hassle. They kept in contact with me the entire time to let me know what was going on and how my problem was going to be handled. I am very impressed with the entire situation. I would definitely buy through vancaro again. "
"The engraved rings are a joke! After a week,
they engraving started to fade. Three weeks later and it’s become nothing but a plain aluminum looking ring. No engraving left. It’s more like printed for a few days!

"I had the worst experience with Vancaro rings. I purchased a Valentine angel ring from them and when i received it, it was nothing like i thought it would be. It was plastic and oversized. I asked for a return label and they refused. I finally was able to return the ring on my dime only. I had so much trouble getting a refund from them. I have proof that i returned the item and also checked the tracking number to make sure the received the ring. Now they have not cleared my credit and tjat is the only thing on my credit from being perfect. They use a 3rd party company called Affirm. I called Affirm and they said Vancaro has to confirn the return with them to fix my credit. Now Vancaro is saying they have no record of the return after i sent them the whole email thread.... This company is doing fraud and now i cannot order from Wayfair because they also use Affirm as their credit dept. Pleas be careful with this company. I will never order from this company again!!! "
"For the most part my experience ordering was good. I ordered a ring for my nephew as a surprise for my niece. She is very happy with it. The only problem was when it arrived. I was not notified that there was a duty charge and was waiting at the facility. I found out when I called to find out what was the problem. The seller is aware of that and offered me a coupon for a future purchase which I may use. Thanks. "

Initially I was told my order was going to be delayed by 30 days, which would still have been fine since this is a Christmas gift, but it actually was shipped two weeks after I placed the order, not 30 days. I was updated regarding the order status on a regular basis and it arrived in great condition within a great package. I would definitely recommend Vancaro to anyone considering a purchase and will use them again myself."
