"I did not read the documents before taking the rings out of the box and removing the tags. Later I had the person try the ring on and it did not fit. The documentation states that no returns can be made if the tags are removed.
We took the rings to a jeweler to see about resizing, but they cannot resize these rings to fit.
If I had not removed the tags, and read the documentation first, I would have returned the rings as they do not fit.
We have since resold the rings to someone whom they actually fit.
We will not be buying from them again despite how pretty the rings are. To hide behind a policy that a removed tag removes the return warranty is absurd."
